Since I gave birth to my son at 17 I always had a fight with that fat roll! 2 children later it just got worse I call myself jelly belly. I did not want to get a tummy tuck just because of the large incision scar and rather have jelly belly. I've been searching around different reviews and I decided to really get into SmartLipo. I am two days post op and I believe I made a great decision. The drainage has slowed down on day two but I'm still swollen as ever and really can't see the difference right now. The surgery was not that painful and I was awake the whole time. Doctor even ask what type of music that I want to listen to so we were listening to some 90's R&B during surgery. I will totally do this all again!

Hi everyone! Feeling much better today pain wise. Still leaking from one of the lower incisions but overall pain is going down. I still can't see much of a difference but I'm still swollen. My belly is very itchy at this point in time and my 1 week follow up is Wednesday.

Well today I am much better as far as the pain. I can tolerate it and it's not so bad. Im done draining but it feels like some fluid might be in the lower part of my belly. The incisions have started to heal but now I feel a few lumps which they say are normal. My belly has some numbness going on and it feels weird not wearing my garment for support. I wear it 24 hours still only removing to shower she clean it. I see very little change but I know I'm still swollen. I think my garment might be too big lol My thighs are THICK do it fits perfectly but could be tighter at the waist. Can't wait until my follow up tomorrow! I hear vitamin E and shea butter are a great combination to use due to the absorbing into the skin. I will confirm tomorrow!

Went to see the doctor today. I still have lots of swelling of course but they were amazed by how I looked 6 days later. I found out that 3lbs of fat was removed and I am down 5lbs even with the swelling. All this time I didn't think my results were that great but I took sty look at my before picture day of and OMG is all I can say. I still am seceliping

I also am still developing lumps but of course was told to massage them. They encouraged light walking but no cardio for 6 weeks. The pain is going away but it feels like muscle soreness especially around my waist. They gave me a new garment (smaller) to wear along with swelling pills and cream...even scar fade cream! I can't use that until scabs fall of. I also ordered a new panty like garment that will be delivered to me next week. I plan to wear 24hrs to get max results. I will continue to keep everyone updated!

So, today I am feeling numbness in my lower belly. I laid down flat and I feel several lumps. On a good note my incisions are completely healed with next to NO scaring!! Im happy I can sit down without belly in my lap lol

So today a code buddy of mine had a consultation for smart lipo. She asked me to accompany her. While there I got my photo's to share. My phone does no justice lol. Fyi I am pain free wounds almost completely healed!

So today I went in for 3 month check. It was pretty quick because thankfully I have not had any issues. I am the EXACT same weight I was the day of the procedure but amazed at the contour difference. I started to weight train a month ago so I am still a work in progress.

Hello everyone I know that I have not updated anything in quite some time however since this site has played such a major part in my surgery decision-making I at least take every opportunity that I can to give back to anyone else who was questioning liposuction. So I saw the nurse today and all is well and I guess I'm considered fully healed. I am very happy and satisfied with my lower ab and my waist results. I have a follow-up appointment with the surgeon to talk about my upper AB because I am not too pleased with the results. I can't really see a difference in my before and after pictures however for $6,000 I don't want to have any remanence of a muffin top whenever I wear a pair of jeans. I will keep everyone who is interested updated on my next steps because I'm more than likely will have the procedure repeated with additional fat taking out of my upper abs.

Well after my last update I took in account how much I paid vs results. I honestly decided I was not totally happy. My final post op was in May. Took me 7 months Dec 16th 2016 to meet with the doctor who performed the lipo. During our meeting I pointed out I am totally not happy with my upper belly. He showed me doctor's note from the surgery and said he knew he could have did a better job with my upper belly but I kept on complaining about pain. I don't remember that to be honest. I felt no pain during the surgery but I think the jabbing of the lipo wand around my upper belly was freaking me out. Long story short he is performing the whole entire surgery again on my upper belly January 7th 2017. Stay tuned

I was not aware for the retouch they didn't do the smart lipo. I had the regular lipo and man did that hurt! I didn't bruise from the smart lipo however round 2 I was bruise badly. I will post results when the swelling goes down.

is $8,000+ worth it? Sonobello - Brookfield, WI ask a lot of questions and get clear understanding about what is involved in the procedure, definite guidelines on how to take care of self after procedure as swelling and bruising occur which afterward a lymphatic drainage massage recommended but they don't know where to have this done so you need to do all the research yourself and pay $100 for 60 minutes and need more than once. Find out about all additional costs as the compression garments are not covered so be prepared for $150 and buying more Arnica Montana ODT with Arnicare cream online as you only get one of each supplied and don't ask for additional opioid pan medications even though you will need them! dr gellis is not recommended uncaring not professional just rush in/out (check out Rip off/Scam website before going to Sonobello)

I've been diagnosed with capsular contracture. The Dr. said she'd never seen implants that old or hard and said they had to come out ASAP. I'm nervous but very ready. I've suffered a lot of pain and lack of sex drive and excruciating mammograms for long enough. Reasons for getting them all backfired. Big boobs attracted big dumb men who only wanted sex which hurt when they were touched. Nothing really good gained on my part. Painful memories, or should I say mammories........
