Dr. Hancock and all of her staff are wonderful. She cares deeply about the aesthetic outcome of her work, and took the extra time and effort to make my result pretty damn near perfect. I had seen three other very well-known ENTs who all told me a revision was not possible due to my complex asymmetry and surgical history, but Dr. Hancock was able to absolutely knock it out of the park. I love my result and wish so much I had found her sooner. She is so easy to talk to and down-to-earth - great interpersonal style plus talent and tenacity. I highly recommend her, especially for revision work!
