My Experience Was Wonderful
Dr. Crosby made me feel so comfortable about myself even before my surgery. I always been a bigger woman and I tried every diet and workout plan there was. I promise myself once I reached a healthy BMI I was going to reward myself with a tummy tuck. On 4/3/2019 Dr Crosby help me with one of my goals on my new healthy journey. Trust me I’m not done and when I reach my next goal I’ll make sure Dr. Crosby share my special moment again. I’m so happy I choose her.

Dr. Melissa Ann Crosby Does Phenomenal Tummy Tuck Work!
I had so many questions for Dr. Crosby prior to getting the procedure done. She never once gave me a difficult time about all of the questions. After the surgery, I was surprised that I walked hunched over like a little old man for over 2 weeks, but it was explained to me that, because of the internal stitching, it is normal. I also had to sleep in a La-z-Boy type chair for almost 3 weeks until I could get into bed and feel comfortable sleeping there. It's now 1 1/2 months since

After being diagnosed with breast cancer, I was determined that after my treatment, I would undergo breast reconstruction. And I’m really glad that I did with Dr. Melissa Crosby. I’ve stumbled upon her website online, and when I visited their office, I was endeared by the warm welcome of her staff. They were all compassionate and understanding – especially Dr. Crosby. Dr. Crosby has such a wonderful bedside manner and listens to me very well. She does amazing work. She told me what she was going to do and how they would be and that's how they turned out. Do not get lip fillers here - I wish it was a better experience
Dr. Crosby is very sweet, however I was not pleased with the filler she injected in my lips. My lips don’t look different at all. I believe she injected the filler behind my lips. She also used a cannula to inject first but it bursted all over me and she didn’t clean it up off my face and neck. This was my first time getting lip fillers and I wish it was a better experience. She did make sure I was comfortable, but I don’t think she specializes in lips. I also got Botox and one
Office Review: They are not a fan of going thru your health insurance
My review is about the customer service I received and not the Dr actual work. When I was asked was I paying cash or insurance things changed quickly. In the middle of giving my insurance the phone disconnected and they never called me back. It's been a few days and they never called me back or email to say something may have been wrong with the line. Not to mention I immediately called back at least 5 times and they never answered any of my call. Unprofessional
