Dr Mei Tan has been treating a scar on my face for sometime and it's improved to the point of hardly been noticed! Got me feeling much more confident with my skin would recommend anyone who is having bad skin problems!

Recently I had a Fraxel treatment with Dr Mei Tan which proved very successful and my skin is looking great. Therefore I was most surprised when I went onto her website to see some derogatory remarks about her work, which led me to write this post. I have been a patient of Dr Mei Tan for six years and over this time she has treated my badly damaged skin (from too much sun exposure,sun baking and sailing when I was a lot younger). I have had treatments for solar keratosis and quite a few cosmetic procedures which have always been most successful. I have always found Dr Tan to be most professional,caring and more than ready to explain and answer any questions I have. I would highly recommend Dr Tan for professional treatment of all types of skin problems.

Extremely rude, asks you pay before appointment and procedure without even seeing you. I had to rebook my appointment a few times due to work commitments. Totally didn’t care and cancelled my appointment

Horrible! She has no experience and has ruined my face over a tiny procedure. Went into her office asking for help and confidence back and came out way worse. My face was horrible for months and now I have a scar left over and her response was to send me to a plastic surgeon. She lied to me and said I will have swelling for few days. Lasted 4 months. No empathy or self respect. Do not let her convince you to do anything. Stay clear please.

At 34 I could begin seeing some fine lines around my forehead & eye area. Dark circles under my eyes, I had a few scars from having the chickenpox 10 years ago & my skin just seemed to be getting problematic ie: larger pores. I tried the fraxel laser after a consultation. At the time of my first treatment I found it painful, afterward my face & eye area was red & puffy for a 3 days - then the bronzing. Its now been a month since my first treatment & my skin is much better. I get quite a few compliments on how my skin looks great - people can't actually pin point what it is. My dark circles are less noticible, complextion is clearer, pores have been mimilized. Scars also less noticable & wrinkles are almost gone. I am due for my 2nd treatment soon & can't wait as the benefits outweigh the pain.
