I’m pretty satisfied with the doctor. He took the time to tell me what he and his team were going to do, and explained step by step how the surgery would go. That made me feel calmer and more prepared. I got all my questions answered in a clear way, and I felt that he really listened to my concerns. The whole process was flawless. The people at Smile Hair Clinic were very professional and were incredibly helpful during and post the procedure. I love the results. The clinic and staff was helpful in preparing me for the procedure, during the procedure they made sure I was okay and comfortable and if I wasn’t they made sure I got comfortable. The clinic is very neat and clean. The postoperative procedure was just as amazing. My two post-op care specialists Pelin and Aysenur are amazing. It’s been almost 6 months and they check in on me and answer every question I have. They are very accommodating and helpful I would rate Pelin and Aysenur and the Smile Hair Clinic!
