This is my 2nd visit with this surgeon and I honestly can't rate him and his team enough. Last year I had 360 lipo and mastopexy, and im nearing 2 weeks post op from implant exchange (to a bigger size). Last year I travelled alone and I underestimated how hard this was going to be on my own... I ended up being an emotional wreck. After my first surgery, Ayse one of the surgeons nurses stayed with me over night to make sure I was okay. Ayse made sure I was comfortable and was topped up with pain relief when needed... she really was and is an angel. Following surgery, I was moved to hospital and Hussain another lovely member of the team came to do the lymphatic massages, I was in so much pain after the lipo that the relief I felt afterwards was amazing (they are delivered differently in uk however this worked wonders for me at the time) I stayed in the hotel till I flew back home but the team came to see you daily and coordinator was a text away of you needed anything and if you did, a member of the team delivered it to you. I just want to add that during my first visit to the hospital, the surgeon refused surgery for 2 ladies. This was a result of their blood levels being too low and too dangerous for surgery. This gave me a lot of reassurance, you hear a lot of horror stories about surgeons only being interested in money and putting lives at risk etc, but this surgeon chose safety. My second visit, 2 weeks ago was just as good as my first, if not better. This time around, I had my partner with me. We arrived at the hospital, this one's a different hospital than the one I went to last time. It's much better, nice staff and foods nicer. Met the surgeon and the team again... has a good chat about surgery which put my partner at ease after speaking to them. Had my surgery, and I was awake before I knew it. Pain relief was administered when needed and Ayse was staying at the hospital should I have needed her for anything. Honestly, myself and my partner couldn't have faulted any of it. I don't plan on having any more surgery (I'm no good with pain) but if I did then I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Dr Erdem.. him and his team are honestly faultless! Im still bandaged and really sore but so far, im super happy with my results. My lipo from last year has gave me a really good but natural shape. I do train 5-6 days a week so this has really emphasised my results. I just wanted to share my experience.. like I said you hear horror stories but my experience has shown that there are some honest, good and genuine surgeons in Turkey and Dr Erdem is one of them

Dr is really good at what he does… his team were really good and supportive too! Couldn’t have faulted the surgery process or the recovery with the support from ayse and Hussein. Although not related to the dr and his team, The practice from main hospital staff was questionable! Don’t make people aware what they’re doing, they enter your room and do what they need to do without any warning! The Language barrier was a constant struggle! There’s little to no English speaking staff, thank god for google translate! Although a different culture and clearly practice a lot different to uk it would never put me off returning . I’d choose dr Erdem for surgery in the future without a doubt

I underwent bbl, TT with 360 lipoi paid just under €5k for this surgery. My results are disappointing. I know the risks of surgery but expecting better results post op was my goal. Having explained my wishes I feel the doctor dismissed my desires. My stomach is not flat and covered in lumps. I compressed for 17 weeks at 24hrs, received MLD and I’m left with this mess. Also I requested skinny bbl and I received the opposite of this. My bum is so upsetting, I no longer look in proportion. I felt my desires were dismissed. Surgery does not always mean your results would be achievable but I wish he declined my surgery if he felt this could not be achieved. I queried revision to correct my stomach and I was informed by my coordinator that dr said I looked good and my results would take time to heal. I was also informed that other women who have abdominalplasty would be happy with this result. This caused upset, this is my body that o have paid a lot of money for and the comments are not justifiable. Again I stressed my concerns and I was informed that revision could be done at a cost of the same price as original surgery minus 5%. That would mean both procedures would have cost around €9k and I still am not guaranteed rectified results. Every Turkish surgeon I researched does free revision when mistakes are made to rectify and make patient happy. Everything is money orientated with this surgeon. I received MLD during my time with dr assistant Husaine who charged €50, first session included in budget. This was and is not MLD. My incisions were reopened, drained in the shower and I received rough rubbing post drainage. This was the most painful and uncomfortable process. My masseuse in my country advised this was very much unethical and should not be completed like this. Overall I am very disappointing with my experience with Mehmet Erdem. My surgery was 8 months ago and no change to my results. I am mentally not well because of what this surgeon has caused, the aftercare is nonexistent and unless you willing to over pay for revision the team do not care. I would not recommend
