I had a labiaplasty (inner labia reduction), fat transfer to the outer labia, and bleaching with Dr Mehmet Bekir Sen. The overall stay was short and efficient, and the communication was excellent. I truly love how my vagina looks after the procedure. However, the bleaching did not make much of a difference. More importantly, there was an issue with the liposuction used for the fat transfer. Fat was taken from my lower abdomen, but it was not done evenly, which left a visible dent under my belly button. Post-op, this concern was not taken seriously and was dismissed as swelling, which turned out not to be the case. Later on, it became clear that the area had not been properly contoured, and I had to pay for an expensive correction elsewhere.

I got labiaplasty from Dr. Bekir Sen, and honestly, I couldn't be happier with how everything went. Right from the start, I felt safe, understood, and very well cared for. Elif, my patient coordinator, was very patient. She answered all my questions and made everything super easy. When I got there, Seda made sure everything at the clinic ran well and helped me calm down before the procedure. Dr. Bekir Sen is really good at what he does and also very caring. He listened to what I had to say and made sure I understood everything. I'm really surprised by the outcome, it's better than I thought it would be. I feel a lot more at ease and sure of myself now. I really want to recommend Dr. Bekir Sen and his team. They're great.

I was super self-conscious for like a decade. Couldn't wear leggings, avoided intimacy, the whole thing. I did SO much research. Consulted with 3 surgeons before him and honestly the others kinda gave me the ick...felt very rushed, very assembly-line. Dr. Sen was different. He actually listened, showed me before/afters, explained the trim vs wedge method, and never once made me feel weird for asking dumb questions. His staff is also incredibly kind which honestly matters so much when you're in a vulnerable situation. I was nervous as hell but it was way more manageable than I expected. Recovery the first 3 days was rough ngl ice packs became my personality. But by week 2 I was WFH comfortably. 6 weeks out: I genuinely cannot believe the results. I feel so normal for the first time in years??? Like I went for a run in leggings yesterday and just… didn't think about it. That's everything to me. Would I recommend Dr. Sen? 1000%. If you're on the fence and considering him specifically. just go for the consult. He's worth it.

Had vaginaplasty and perineoplasty August 2025. After having a traumatic birth experience I felt very loose and had minimal sensation during sex… I purposely waited 7 months to write a review to be sure healing was complete. Flew to Antalya alone from the us. The clinic is clean and nicely decorated all staff members were extremely nice and helpful especially the recovery nurses. Dr mehmet seemed to be in a rush and I wish he spent more time explaining procedure to me… with that being said the pain was not anywhere near what I prepared for most it got to was a 6 and that was after sneezing …it went smooth and I was able to care for myself. As far as my results I’m happy sex is way better. I can feel all my walls lol only negative is my partner can’t last as long lol. I would say I feel like I’m about 17 years old with no children( I’m 31 w/ 1 child)…. Definitely don’t regret it

I had labiaplasty and clitoral hood reduction yesterday. I am so incredibly happy with the result. The doctor really did magic. I cried all day afterward because of joy. Dr. Mehmet Bekir ?en, I'm so grateful for everything! Great consultation, support, operation and follow-up. I immediately gained a lot more self-confidence after the operation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I can really recommend it to anyone who needs it!!!!!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I was apprehensive about travelling to Turkey but I shouldn't have been. The clinic is exceptional. It's very clean and luxurious so I felt very comfortable having my surgery there. My patient coordinator, Yasemin was fantastic. She made me feel welcomed, at ease and helped me through my procedure from start to finish. She was able to help me with my nerves and any worries that I had, she's such a credit to the team there. Dr Sen was very professional and welcoming and I felt very confident in his care. The procedure itself was quick and I was sedated so I didn't feel a thing, I was in and out of sleep. I was given everything I needed for recovery such as antibiotics and pain relief but this isn't always included in the price so make sure you have extra cash for this (it was £50.00). The procedure included all transfers to and from the clinic, airport and hotel (hotel was also included). My recovery since has been very straightforward and when I've read the reviews before, I was apprehensive about them saying they didn't experience much pain but the truth is, I haven't. All in all, I've had a fabulous experience and if you're thinking about getting it done but aren't sure, I would say go for it because you won't regret your results and experience. Dr Sen has given back my confidence in myself and my results are amazing. Thank you!

Where do I begin!!? Dr Mehmet Bekir Sen has been incredible. I have travelled from London to Antalya. This is so unlikely of me as I do not trust or believe any procedures abroad . But I have kept this doctor above and beyond anything or anyone. I have heavily researched regarding genital surgeons and surgeries in London -UK. I have not come across the way this doctor does the procedures, I wanted a pretty looking V bits :)) All other doctors are very conservative on the outcome of the entire surgery. Also us ladies have to really be careful as so many nerves are there and my main fear was to loose any sensitivity that would be the end of me in a nut shell..(sounds dramatic but ladies would know ) I have been so insecure about my private area for many many years . Especially after having 4 children it’s got worse. Anyhow , I flew over to Antalya for the surgery it was super smooth communication, the ladies were very helpful in the clinic. Please read your documents carefully. No rush. Airport/ hotel transfer guys were super polite and respectful. With their Very luxurious vehicles . The paperwork has been given post op care. Any questions have been answered timely. Medications were administered by me given by the doctor. Healing period was exactly how’s it’s been told no shocking surprises. I’ve had bruises on my thighs due to fat removal that’s all normal. Take your long flight socks with you, if you’re going with extra fat transfer . Approximately 8weeks + no sex , or major activities and take your time on healing . A wonderful news is I am now 5 months post surgery and sensitivities are there and even better in everything too. I would highly highly recommend Dr Mehmet Bekir Sen to anyone looking to improve their private area looks and feel. He is the best and very experienced in this field . I cant praise this doctor enough. I recently had surgery by mehmet 3 weeks ago for vaginalplasty and labiaplasty and the results are even better then I expected. I decided to go for this surgery due to having 4 large babies and suffered with a little inconvenience when I laughed or coughed and since having my surgery this is no.linger happening. The vaginalplasty has to heal a little a longer before I'm allowed to have intercourse with my husband but all good things lol this will.nake a big improvement in our lives. I also had revision eye lift with another surgeon from this clinic at the same time as I was left with an uneven look by a previous surgeon just over two years ago in bodrin and the results are amazing . If anyone is considering going with this clinic you wont be disappointed. Thanks to all the team xx

I have been researching the best cosmetic gynaecologist for several years now and have been drawn back to Dr Sen every time, believe me I’ve searched many doctors in many countries! I finally made the decision to go ahead with the operation in November 2024. I was surprised at the costs as I thought they would be a lot more than the price I received so was more than happy to pay the deposit and attend the operation as soon as possibly (2 weeks later). Communication through WhatsApp was prompt and very clear about the procedure. I did decide to book my own hotel, only because my friend was coming with me and I wasn’t sure if she was able to stay too ( I didn’t asked the question but I’m sure that would of been fine so next time I will book the hotel package too ) My transfers were included in the price and there was no bother in being collected from the airport and transported too and from the hotel/clinic. On the morning of the operation I was greeted in Dr Sen’s clinic (which I must say was immaculate and very classy decor), by a lady who welcomed me with a huge smile and impeccably spoken English language. I signed a few documents and was taking into Dr Sen’s office for my consultation where I felt very welcomed and totally at ease. Dr Sen’s consultation was very thorough and was a great listener to all my concerns and very reassuring about fixing them for me. I was then examined and went through to get ready for the operation. I must say I am usually petrified when it comes to any kind of operation procedure but this time I was excited and felt totally at ease due to the comfort given from the team. Now what happened next, I will forever be so so grateful and thankful for choosing Dr Sen and for being the amazing gynaecologist in this world. I have suffered for 20+ years with lower back pain and other issues. Sometimes being hospitalised and being discharged with medication and a diagnosis of disc related pain. During my vaginoplasty operation which I choose to have for other reasons being for a more youthful appearance and loss of sensitivity due to age and childbirth and slight incontinence issues. Dr Sen came across a complication noticing my pelvic floor muscles were damaged and separated due to a forceps delivery I had many many years ago. He repaired these during the procedure. I was woken shortly after one hour when Dr Sen came to explain his findings and to let me know everything went well. I was then taken to a room and served some hot soup and bread which was delicious. After I got some rest, Dr Sen’s assistant with the big smile and perfect English ( sorry I can’t remember her name), she came to give me all my medication where she explained thoroughly and wrote on the boxes the times and amounts when I should take them and gave me a little bag with aftercare products and a sheet explaining aftercare and how to. I was then taken back to my hotel to rest. Now not only am completely happy with the look I now have, but since the surgery I have ZERO back pain. This is something so important that the NHS have failed to notice and have been mis diagnosing me for years! I have and continue to cry with relief for the pain, discomfort and incontinence issues that Dr Sen has freed me from (and obviously the prettier and tighter vagina he has given me). I just wish I had the money there and then to have the full ‘designer vagina’ package. I one million percent made the perfect choice of doctor and the best decision in my whole life!
