I wanted to do something to make me look more youthful and not so tired all the time. I use great skin care products however my main concern was tired eyes and a dull look most of the time. I wanted something to brighten and lift me up however wanted it to be conservative enough that people would notice I looked better but not quite know what exactly it was.
Dr. Cherry preformed Botox injections under my arms for Hyperhidrosis. She is a professional in every way and a pleasure to speak with during my uncomfortable procedure. The staff was very attentive during the procedure and kept my spirits up when it was a little painful. I highly recommend Dr. Cherry for all your dermatology needs. AS
Couldn't be happier with my sculptra injections by Dr. Cherry. After she did such an amazing job with my Botox I signed on for three rounds if sculptra. Today was my second round and I'm very pleased. The lift I have already gotten is amazing. I can't wait until round 3!
I have issues with asymmetry which she corrected COMPLETELY! The injections were painless and with the VIP card and Botox coupons reasonably priced.
I had a row of small cysts on my forehead. They look like pimples, but won't go away. Dr. Cherry painlessly removed them without any bruising or scaring. After a few days you couldn't even tell their was anything there to begin with. The extractions only took about fifteen minutes and I was out the door.
I was referred by my regular doctor for a suspicious bump on my forearm (appearing to be a cyst). When asked to address the bump, Dr. Cherry instead chose to focus on a suspicious spot on my face, ignoring the forearm. Turns out the spot on my face was a basal cell, and the forearm was a deadlier form of skin cancer known as Merkel Cell. Because of this mistake, I have reservations about using this practice for a doctor-referral procedure. While the intent of the practice seems to be to help, it feels more like you are asked to purchase their items at a greatly inflated cost. When I asked for a copy of my pathology report, it was incorrect. The office staff issued a corrected one, but I doubt it will be changed in my file.
Coolsculpting and Vanquish are two of the noninvasive procedures available for fat reduction. Each patient needs an individual evaluation to determine which is best for them and some patients are candidates for both. In general, vanquish is better for treating a larger amount of the core at one time, while coolsculpting is better for small discrete pockets of fat.
After an injectable procedure with filler such as Voluma, ice can reduce the risk of developing a bruise. In addition, elevating the head while sleeping (sleeping in a recliner or with a few extra pillows) will decrease swelling by minimizing the effect of gravity.
Coolsculpting for submental fat (double chin, fat under the chin) can reduce the fat pad but is not design to tighten skin. However, given the gradual nature of the fat removal over the 3 months following cool sculpting, the skin does typically tighten. If there is still some laxity, a tightening procedure with radio frequency can be used.
Fine lines on the forehead are best treated with a neuromodulator such as Botox or Dysport. If the upper eyelids are heavy, the treatment needs to be lighter to avoid a "heavy brow." The remaining fine lines can be treated with superficial fillers, such as belotero or juvederm ultra mixed with lidocaine. A combination of fillers and neuromodulators can be the best approach for many areas of the face.
Total FX and Sculptra are both procedures which cause collagen regeneration. Sculptra will work to replace volume and diminish the lines around the eyes caused by loss of tissue in the cheekbones and temples. Total FX will also help diminish these lines by smoothing the surface. Regardless of which procedure you begin with, I would wait at least 2 weeks between the treatments. I prefer to begin with the laser andthen add the filler. Good luck!
