25yo with grade 3 ptosis on a perky breast journey

I’ve always been on the bustier side. Ever since elementary school ive had to wear bras. I happened to gain up to 185lbs and lost 75lbs when in high school. I’ve maintained my weight until recently that I gained about 15lbs due to Covid. Needless to say, in 2019 I went to a PS which last minute called and cancelled my already scheduled surgery. Excellent Doctor!!

Such an amazing doctor!!! Very professional, attentive and caring. He resolved every doubt I had. I felt no pain at all, my recovery was really fast and I was surprised that I never had bruises on my face as I heard from some acquaintances it was ‘normal’ to get bruises. I’m more than happy to have chosen him for my rhinoplasty. I could not find a better doctor!! I wish I would’ve known him before, when I did my breast augmentation. I would definitely go back to him

Dr. Martinez is very respectful . He understands his patients needs and is very caring. He communicates and explains in detail what procedure will be done. The best decision I could have made

After two pregnancies I was very dissatisfied with the appearance of my abdomen. Thanks to Doctor Maximiliano I feel good again with myself. From the clarification of doubts about surgery to postoperative care Both the doctor and all his team inspire confidence in making this type of decision. Amazing Plastic Surgeon,

I had an arm lift and accessory breast removal (much needed after a 100lb weight loss), also I had under eye fat transfer, and love my results, I look fresh! more younger, with a very natural result, He will be for sure my PS for my next surgery, He takes the time to explain every procedure and answer all my questions and conserns, His team were amazing, I did my research before surgery, and I'm glad I found him!
