If I could give Dr. Castellon additional stars I would. I had initially visited him about cellulite removal although I had been looking into breast implants for over two decades. He had a wonderful, kind and educational tone about him at our initial consult which I completely respect. He earned my trust even more, when he was honest with me about the money I'd spend VS the expectation. One thing that I respected even more about him was that he was a straight shooter and wasn't in it for the money. Prior to him walking out the door I said, "Well if I can't fix the back, can you make the front look so great that I won't care?" He took some measurements and let me know that I'd be a great candidate for breast augmentation. He had a cancellation within the next few weeks so even though it was quick, I felt like it was right, so I went for it! I started second-guessing my decision a bit and getting nervous after watching a rabbit-hole of surgery videos online and reading reviews that I didn't like that also did not sound much like man I met at my initial consultation. In my head I am smart enough to know that people's perception is their reality and this guy has been board-certified doing this for over 20 years in the area. It seemed to me that it was likely folks who didn't follow pre-operative and / or post-operative directions or maybe even had some bad luck were the ones who had decided to share their bad experiences. (This was just my opinion) Because so far, this didn't sound at all like the Dr that I had met. To me, the staff was wonderful and he seemed to be too. . I was still a little nervous so after expressing my concerns to Jenna, the office manager, she suggested that I come in and meet with the Dr. to chat about how I was feeling so that I would feel comfortable. In NO way did she make me feel like I had to move forward. So, I went in to speak with Dr. Castellon about all of the things that I was feeling. He made me feel comfortable and explained all of the processes thoroughly that I was wondering about and I even went over how I felt about the things that I had read online. His responses made so much sense. Looking back now I feel bad for ever making that a thing, but, hey, I had to have full trust in the person who would forever change my body, right? I decided that my gut feeling about him was right and was able to get excited again for my impending surgery! Every time I had a question even if it seemed a bit zaney, Jenna or the nurse or Dr. Castellon himself would get right to the root of it and offer for me to come in and chat or they would text or call me back as soon as they could. Surgery day was calming and informative as well! I couldn't believe how one second I was being marked by the Dr., having last minute discussions and the next minute I am waking up with the hourglass body I'd always dreamt about having. I love the way that they look so much that I've sent before and afters to everyone that I know. I get a "Wow, they look incredible," or "Those look so natural," as my response from each person. I told the office that they could use my results to show folks who are coming in and considering working with him. I'd even go one further and say if they ever have anyone who gets nervous and wants to ask an actual client some questions, reach out to me and I'd be happy to fill you in on my experience. I feel very blessed to have found Dr. Castellon and I am so happy that I maintained my position on using him and wasn't put-off by things that people had written. I went with my instincts. Trust your own instincts as they are usually not wrong. It is so easy to say what you want about someone these days, true or not, but it is not easy to be what Dr. Castellon is. An honest, ahead-of-his-time artist who cares for people and dedicates his life to correcting and improving people's confidence and educating clients and his peers on the same. Thank You so much Dr. Castellon and staff. I will forever be grateful.
In my opinion, Dr. Castellon is the finest reconstructive surgeon in Brevard County. He combines the greatest surgical skill with a genuine care for his patients. Dr. Castellon performed facial surgery on me, which was flawless. I highly recommend this fine man, and his caring staff. I am grateful for his skills and compassion

Dr. Castellon is WONDERFUL! I have been a client of his since 2007. I trust him implicitly and you can too!! In 2013, he performed a mastopexy with breast implant exchange. I had always heard wonderful things about Dr. Castellon and his staff ..so after noticing a pronounced scowl looming on my face ..smack dab in the middle of my forehead..I finally broke down and decided I needed to take some action and get botox. Upon arriving at his office, I was greeted by the friendliest and most professional Dr.s office staff ..promptly gathering my info and answering any questions I might have before seeing the Dr. The office is very clean and inviting. There was no excessive waiting. My appointment was on time. My visit with Dr. Castellon was very informative. He took the time to listen to my concerns, as well as make sure I felt comfortable while doing the procedure. I absolutely ..LOVE ..the results and will be going back for future visits. Two kids and weight fluctuation for fitness competitions took a huge tole on my body so I decided to have a breast augmentation to help fix what diet and exercise couldn't. The staff at Dr. Castellon's office went above and beyond any expectations that I could have dreamed up. They were extra helpful and incredibly patient with all my questions and concerns. I chose Dr. Castellon because he is a board certified surgeon and highly recommended. I had only ever heard wonderful things of Dr. Castellon and his work and know quite a few people that have had work done by him. I had browsed the before and after pictures on the website but have seen his work in person and knew that he was the surgeon I wanted. It has been 6 weeks since my surgery and I am happier than I could have imagined. The procedure came out better than I expected! The recovery went extremely well and I am already back to my intense daily workouts. The best advice I can give to someone considering any type of procedure would be to do your homework. Make sure the surgeon you are going to is board certified and has done work that you like and is similar to what you are looking to have done. Make sure that the surgeon and the staff are willing to answer any questions you may have, as silly as you may think they are.
I was hesitant about having cosmetic surgery but when I went to Dr. Castellon I knew that I had made the right decision. His entire staff is amazing- they communicated with me and followed up with me every step of the way...they answered all of my questions, showed me before and afters of other patients that looked FANTASTIC, and helped me with financing. I went to 2 other doctors for consultations as well-but my experience with Dr. Castellon and his staff was so much better, it was easy to choose to have my surgery with him. It has been 4 months now and I look and feel better than i ever expected. I was very nervous about getting breast revision surgery done. I was very happy with my original implants but they were 14 years old and saline. Things went so smooth that I'm still in shock that it was that easy. They came out better than I ever thought possible. In general, most practices that offer coolscultping are asked by Zeltiq to price small applicators at $750 each (think 2 applicators-one on each side- for love handles) and large applicators at $1500 each (commonly used for the lower abdomen).
