Dr. Giraldo was very kind and thorough in his examination. He suggested the best treatment plan for what I hoped to achieve. His attention to detail created beautiful results and the recovery is coming along nicely. I plan to follow up with other suggested treatments.

Dr. Giraldos work is nothing short of excellent when it comes to his procedures and patient care. I’ve undergone multiple procedures with him and he has helped me transform into a body can feel proud and confident in. I can strongly attest to how hard he works to get you the best result possible, and guides you into making the right decisions based on you and your body. He is very skilled in what he does. I have been extremely happy with all he has done for me. I will always highly recommend Dr. Giraldo for anyone’s cosmetic needs.

I consulted with Dr G originally I wanted an umbilicoplasty. He was very honest in showing mw how the results would not be ideal. I love how compassionate and caring he is. He takes time to thoroughly explain. We decided a Tummy Tuck would give me a much more desired outcome. I was able to see his work on one of his nurses, and her belly button is beautiful!
He marked my body and I was so glad because I was able to go home and look and really think about my decision.
Surgery scheduled 5/23. I really do feel like I’ve found the best doctor! I am looking forward to this surgery and a few more in the future. I will update this review throughout my journey and add pictures along the way!

Surgery was yesterday. I’m up walking around (with the help of a walker to spare my back) today. Have I mentioned I really love my doctor? The pain is very manageable. I will shower tomorrow or Friday morning and post pics of what I see :)

I feel human again but very swollen. Hopefully this will all go down soon. It was not painful, and lipo holes were not leaking anymore. I was able to stand up straighter after the shower and that was nice :)

I had my one week po visit yesterday. I have had trouble sleeping and completely psyched myself out about the staple removal, but as always Dr G and his nurse were very patient with me. I’m so glad I had staples because the tension was held off the scar and the incision line looked so good and even and the belly button looks perfect! I can’t wait to see it healed. I’ve had a minor bump in the road with an allergic reaction to take so I am not posting any pictures with this update. I will update again soon. No regrets here. I still believe it will all be worth it!

Day 10 was the turning point for me where I felt significantly better! Here is a quick photo update. 9 days in between these two photos. Still significantly swollen but it is decreasing a little more every day.

Day 16 almost standing straight! Everything is a lot easier. I still have swelling which is to be expected but other than that life has pretty much gone back to normal. I will continue to post progress pics, because that’s what I wanted to see most of when I was doing my research and still what I look for most post op while healing.

Tape is falling off! I can’t believe how good the incision line looks. It is flat from what I can see although not all the tape is off yet. I’m so excited. Another thing I was worried about when looking at this surgery was the scars and pictures I saw online. I am so happy!

I put a real bra and panties on today for the first time. I know I’m still swollen but I’m loving the results so far! I go tomorrow for my pre op for an implant exchange and pocket revision. I am so excited. I really love Dr Gi!

10 weeks post op tummy tuck, and 3 week post op implant exchange (plus pocket revision and renuvion). First time in a swimsuit since surgery and I am very happy. Recovery as a lot easier than I had read about. The first few days was the hardest but after that it’s all down hill.

19 weeks post op and I feel amazing! High definition tummy tuck from the best plastic surgeon in North Texas. My results are far better than I ever prepared myself for. By far, this was the BEST possibly outcome!

9 months post op on my tummy tuck! I have the best doctor. Since my tummy tuck he has done a breast augmentation, and my bbl. I’ve had my emotional moments with healing but plastic surgery is not for the weak. I love my belly button!

Finally getting around to posting before and after pictures of my before and after of my BBL. Another amazing surgery by Dr G! He is seriously a miracle worker. I still look at my before and afters and can’t believe the change.

I have had 3 very large children, worked on my feet through the first two pregnancies. I had my last baby at 39. After he turned 3 I knew I was ready to get my tummy back. I had severe Diastasis recti and so much loose skin.

I had 4 different consultations. Although I liked all the Doctors that I interviewed I choose to go with Dr. Giraldo.

Dr. G and staff made me feel so comfortable. I felt that they genuinely cared for me and the result I was looking for. His before and after photos speak for themselves. I'm 4.5 weeks post op and couldn't be happier. I'm also thrilled because I know it will just continue to get better.

I got liposuction done here and I honestly couldn’t be happier! I am so happy I researched and found this place. Dr. Giraldo did an amazing job! I had stubborn fat in my abdomen and love handles that I couldn’t get rid of. Decided to do liposuction. I wanted a flat stomach and a smaller waist. 

Dr. Giraldo was very professional and wanted everything to be perfect as in me be healthy and good for surgery. I really liked that. Made me feel safer to get this done. Surgery went great! I went back to work a week later. Afterward, I already noticed a huge difference! My stomach was looking fantastic!

It’s been 6 weeks and I’m so happy I decided to do this and even happier that Dr. Giraldo did it. He exceeded my expectations! He took out that stubborn fat and even sculpted me. It wasn’t just a tiny bit of fat either. They told me it was a lot he took out. I have never looked this good.

I didn’t even realize I had fat on my back until that was gone and it made my butt look amazing! Someone even asked if I had a BBL done as well and I didn’t. So, that’s amazing! My confidence has gone up so much!! I have been getting lymphatic massages to help with the healing process after liposuction and even the massage therapist and doctor said this is the best liposuction they have seen. 

Compared to other women that had liposuction they have seen they said I don’t have much swelling and I’m healing quickly. I strongly recommend seeing Dr. Giraldo if you are thinking about getting a procedure done.

I began researching this procedure a few years after having a baby. I gained a great deal of weight during the pregnancy and I finally admitted to myself my old body was not going to return with diet and exercise alone. I initially only considered liposuction, but decided to add BBL as I wanted a significant change. The surgery took place in their outpatient surgery center in Cranberry. I was there from approximately 8 am to 5 pm. Sedation is oral medications only - I have read oral sedation alone can be very uncomfortable but I personally did not experience any discomfort or pain. I remember very little aside from going in and coming out surgery. I was impressed with the amount of time he spent on my procedure and the impeccably smooth and natural contour he was able to achieve without use of general anesthesia. Recovery involved a great deal of swelling for me personally, as he was able to extract a maximal amount of fat - I returned to work in a week although I would have liked to take two. In short, Dr. Giraldo is a very experienced, skilled, and principled surgeon with high standards for his own work. You should choose him if you desire very thorough liposuction and a natural-looking BBL. One caveat is that he is based in Texas and travels to Pittsburgh ~5 weeks for surgeries and follow-ups. If you are the type of person who is highly anxious and needs to be able to see the surgeon at moment's notice, this may not be right for you. He does have a very responsive team in Pittsburgh as proxy. His patient coordinator, Michelle, is very nice and always got back to me very quickly. I am happy to answer any questions through personal message.

Excellent surgeon! His work is like a piece of art that is flawless. He uses water jet liposuction to perfect, and contour your body to look amazing. I am so happy with my results, and I am still healing. I will be going back again to him in August for more work to be done. His skill is tremendous.

I am now two months post-op of upper, lower, abdomen, and flanks. I also just went back Thurs 8/13/20 to have my arms lipo'd. Stay tuned for update on my healing. I have to wait two weeks before i see my arms, because I have on a compression garment. Can't wait to see if the fat arms that Plaqued me my whole life will be gone stay tuned.

It was a pleasure to have found an incredibly professional, kind and a perfectionist doctor such as Dr. Giraldo. Today, finding a doctor with high ethics, I would say, is difficult, especially in the field of cosmetic surgery. I have no words to express how grateful I am for his experience, attention, detail and care during my surgery. I am more than satisfied with my results. My experience started from the first call to the clinic to schedule an appointment. The professionalism and friendliness of his medical team exceeded my expectations. After my surgery, I received courtesy calls from the staff including the doctor himself. In December 2019, I went for an evaluation of my breast implants (placed @ 13 years ago) because I had a concern of the shape. Upon Dr. Giraldo’s evaluation, he explained that my ‘teardrop’ shape implants turned causing my shape and size to change. It made perfect sense! Dr. Giraldo further explained all of the types of breast implants and the implants he would recommend for me. I mentioned to Dr. G that I work out and he advised me on some movements to customize and sport bras to consider. Talk about a plethora of information?!? I left his office with more information than I had questions!

Needless to say, I couldn’t wait to schedule my surgery! My recovery has been unbelievably quick and my follow-up appointments have all been good. Honestly, I have had minimal soreness, minimal discomfort and/or minimal limitations. I feel good, happy with my results, working out and getting back to my normal days. 5 stars. Yes. I would refer to my friends, family and anyone else. Yes. I will continue to follow up with Dr. Giraldo for years to come as I will always need a little cosmetic help. Yes. I do love my results & placement. Yes. Convenient location for me and love the small office atmosphere.

Dr. Giraldo and his staff are amazing. From the time I walked in for my complimentary consult till the time I left I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I had breast implants that were 11 years old and one had ruptured. I could not see that or feel it, I only knew this because Dr. Giraldo figured it out during my consultation. I was never really happy with the way they looked but just put up with them thinking that was the best they could look. Dr. Giraldo went over all my options and I felt extremely confident in him. After the procedure, I could not believe how much prettier my boobs were and how easy my recovery was. I was on the treadmill walking two days later. It was a night and day experience I had from the last surgery 11 years ago. Now I have more confidence at 44 than I ever had before and absolutely love them! I highly recommend him matter fact I have sent four of my closest friends to him and they are so happy as well!
