An in-person examination is necessary to fully evaluate your condition. Although it is possible that you have thyroid eye disease, the bulging eyes you describe may be due to your orbital bone structure. This is a common cause of "prominent eyes." There are many ways to address this issue, depending on your examination findings.

Although an in-person examination is necessary to fully evaluate your condition, it appears that you have some herniated lower eyelid fat pads, cheek volume loss, and residual eyelid edema (which can be exacerbated by some dermal fillers).

You may benefit from a lower eyelid blepharoplasty, which can be combined with cheek volume enhancement and laser resurfacing to tighten the skin. I would make sure as much of the filler has been dissolved as possible prior to proceeding with any surgical procedure.

Thank you for the question.  From the picture it appears that the eyelids are still swollen from the procedure, which is to be expected at this point. Four days is still very early in the healing period, and you should expect significant improvement as the swelling improves, which may take another week or so. Try to be patient, and be sure to discuss any concerns you have with your surgeon.
