Laser Lipo is a one time treatment.

The fat cells are removed permanently.  The laser skin tightening continues for 3 - 6 months.

I would assume that you are within the five-seven day healing period.  It is normal to see what may appear to be holes beginning on the second day after treatment.  These are known as "mends" -- microscopic epithelial necrotic debris.  This is the damaged tissue being expelled from  deep within your tissue.   New collagen and elastin is being formed beneath the skin surface.  The actual skin surface heals very quickly after treatment.

As an eye specialist, I address these problems daily.

The hollow is easily corrected with fillers. The remaining question is if there is excess pigment in the skin in that region.  If there is, we have very specialized lasers to correct that as well.

The term for this problem is Ptosis.  

For small deviations, a very simple out patient surgery performed on the undersurface of the lid, can correct the condition with very minimal downtime and no scarring.

When considering non-invasive options for skin tightening, we recommend two modalities:

1.  Laser lipolysis -- this procedure employs a tiny laser that is inserted under the skin to first

                                   melt fat and then tighten skin.  

2.  Radiofrequency/ultrasound therapy -- the Exilis Ultra employs both technologies applied to the surface

                                  of the skin in a series of three to four treatments

These technologies can be used alone or in conjunction with each other and are very effective.
