I have seen Dr. Ojo-Carons for multiple treatments (Botox, Chemical Peels, and Envi) She always is super through with educating me on my options and the procedures I am getting and customizes my whole plan for me, plus she is just super personable! I love my results I've gotten so far and the experiences I've had during my treatments. I love visiting her and her staff at Climax, it's so warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend her!
Hi dreamer.leo, it’s Dr. O from Climax Aesthetic Surgery here. An O-shot for lubrication is an O-shot for the win!!!! Vaginal dryness after hysterectomy is certainly common and an O-shot is a wonderful procedure to help increase lubrication. Adding onto that other procedures like Acoustic Soundwave can take your O-shot results to even higher heights (or deeper waters in this case).
That is a wonderful question. Ultimately with any surgery there are risks, and these can include injury to nerves. Even nerves that are not generally in that area. Everyone’s body is different. Therefore, the anatomy and areas of surgery can be different. That being said, you’re right, the clitoral nerve should not be involved when doing a labiaplasty. However, you must remember that many women opt to also get a clitoral hood reduction at the same time as labiaplasty. Risk of clitoral nerve injury definitely does increase during this additional procedure.
Acoustic sound wave is an amazing treatment for incontinence! By increasing blood flow to the tissue around the urethra, we are increasing the strength of regeneration in that area. Healthy tissue around the urethra increases the chance that it works properly, thereby decreasing stress incontinence. Acoustics sound waves can also work for other types incontinence. Having a hip replacement does not preclude a patient from getting this therapy.
