Amazing! From my initial exam she set the expectations on my out come and was available throughout my recovery. my results were beyond what I imagined I am absolutely happy she is a great surgeon !!!!
Dr. Wright is amazing! I highly recommend her. She doesn't treat you just like a patient, she treats you like a friend and cares about you. I had considered another dr. Prior to meeting with Dr. Wright, and I made my appointment that day I met her. Her staff is very friendly and her offices are conveniently located and make you feel comfortable. Wish she could be my primary care doctor.
I'm a 4ft 11in. with DDD bra size woman. I was suffering from back pain, shoulder pain, couldn't lie on my back without having shortness of breathe, and I get stiff neck a lot. Having the breast reduction done is one of the best decision I've ever made for myself. I'm able to do more now than I could ever done before the surgery. I'm very happy. If I knew then what I know now about breast reductions, I would have had it done sooner than waited and suffer all these years.
Dr Wright is an amazing surgeon, and well knowledgable about her work. Meeting with her I felt calm, reassured, and safe about my procedure. Before performing my surgery she thirly checked to make sure I didn't have breast cancer which runs strong in my family. I was very thankful for that! I've alway's been very insecure about having Supernumerary nipple(extra nipples) which she was able to remove for me during my surgery. My breast are smaller which she designed them perfectly to fit my body frame! My scaring is very slim to none and I'm only three weeks post surgery. I couldn't be more happier with the service I received from Dr. Wright and her staff.
I was motivated to finally fix my 25 year old scar because I found a Dr. that has a vast knowledge in plastic, reconstructive and general surgery. Everything was professional, personable and Dr. Mary Jo Wright made a house call the evening of my surgery. I was always able to contact office and or Dr. Via text or phone calls. After my recovery I see my range of motion has improved concerning the length of my reach.
She was the best all around. I was always so ashamed of my breasts. Saw so many surgeons through out my life but finally meeting her it was felt right. She was so gentle and did an amazing job. I went from having nothing to beautiful sized breasts. They came out perfect for my size. 5'3" and 120 lbs
dr wright is excellent I was extremely pleased with my results I feel a lot better about myself ...it made such a difference . The staff is very friendly and efficient and I will certainly be back for other procedures..i have received so many compliments from friends & family members...I strongly recommend dr wright for rejuvenation procedures!
I have always been pretty fit but as I got older gym visits and Yoga didn't seem to take care of the mid section like it used to. I am not a fan of surgery and thought it was just something I had to live with then I began to read & hear about cool sculpting. I checked around and found Dr. Wright...WOW the best choice I ever made!
I was very hesitant at first since I'm afraid of needles. Dr Wright made feel so comfortable that I didn't feel any real pain. I felt only a few little pinches. I would absolutely have it done again. I plan on getting more procedures done with Dr Wright. She is very skilled & knowledgeable in every aspect.
Great question. Getting the incision wet or submerged is reserved for at least a week post op. Swimming as exercise I ask my patients to refrain from for at least 6-8 weeks. I would be careful of hot tubs that are public and you are unsure of how well they are cleaned and maintained. Would hate for you to get an infection after your well deserved surgery. Best of luck.
Congratulations on quitting smoking! Most plastic surgeons recommend that you quit all nicotine containing products 4-6 weeks prior and after surgery. The reason is simple. Nicotine causes the small blood vessel to narrow decreasing the much need blood supply to the healing tissues after surgery. You and your plastic surgeon wan the BEST outcome for you. Nicotine in the bloodstream decreases the oxygen and nutrients to getting delivered to the tissues. A patient who has residual nicotine will have a higher rate of complications such as infection, wounds falling apart and worse. What ever you can do to stop all nicotine products 4-6 weeks prior and after surgery will help tremendously, Best of Luck.
After breast augmentation surgery I typically release my patients to wear an under wire bra at 6-8 weks depending how they are healing. It may also be the length of time you are wearing an underwire bra. May be cut the time down to 4 hours an gradually build up to all day. Also be sure that you are wearing the right size for you. Recommend that you get fitted by a knowledgeable professional. Hope this helps.
Great question. The quality of your skin and its ability to form new collagen is really the determining factor. Because Ulthera works by stimulating new collagen to tighten and lift the skin that is what is needed. A consultation with a board certified health care professional providing the treatment is also necessary. Many other factors should also go into making the decision such as sun damage, smoking and other medical conditions. It can be repeated. The therapy usually lasts for 18-24 months. Hope this helps. Good luck.
From the picture you show, you look to be a good candidate for Ulthera to help in tightening up your lower face and neck. Best would be an examination i person. The central portion f the neck should not be touched in an Ulthera treatment and the pressure is mild. As for pain control, I recommend topical anesthesia and possibly oral agent if necessary. Hope this helps. Good luck
