The type and placement of fillers depends on what bothers you most.  As we age we lose our midface volume, from bone loss, muscle atrophy and fat sagging which is noticed mostly in our cheeks.  I like to begin by addressing this issue in most which will often help with the lower face and nasolabial folds without having to inject this area.  In the cheeks I prefer a longer lasting and filler designed for elevating and being placed deep such as Voluma.  After anchoring this area if there are more concerns in the lower face, such as nasolabial folds,  I prefer a thinner filler, such as Juvederm ultra, ultra plus, or Vollure.  If your lips are a concern, I recommend an even softer filler such as Vobella or Belotero.  Sometimes it helps for you to look at a picture from 5-10 years ago and compare and analyze your desires and goals.  I hope this helps.  

Asha I'm sorry that this has happened to you.  Typically I prefer a softer filler for this area such as Restylane, Vobella, or Belotero.  The good news is that a Hyaluronic Acid filler can be dissolved with Hyaluronidase and can be done immediately.  Voluma however, may take a few injections to dissolve.  Good luck!

Kybella is a very effective method of dissolving fat in the submental area, treating the double chin.  Each case is different and without photos or examination it is difficult to say if you are a good candidate.  As we age, our skin becomes more lax/loose, so results may vary and you may require additional therapy to help tighten loose skin.  Because the fat loss is not immediate with kybella, it can take 8-12 weeks, the skin has time to adapt to the fat loss.  Kybella does result is some skin retraction over a period of time and you can see improvement in the skin laxity for up to a year.  Radiofrequency treatments combined with fat reduction are effective in tightening the skin. I recommend going in for a consultation.  

Botox is most often used for dynamic wrinkles caused by muscle contraction and acts to block muscle movement.  It can be very effective when used in the masseters for TMJ pain, jaw clenching and also reduce the bulk of hypertrophied masseter muscles, which in turn will thin your jaw line.  The masseter muscle is a large muscle that often requires 20-30 units per side, so 10 units is low for treatment and 3 is very low.  Botox lasts in the muscle for typically 3-4 months, however it doesn't last as long around the mouth as it is more dynamic.  Because your last botox in your masseters lasted 2.5 months, I assume this will be about the same.  

The skin under the eyes is very thin and delicate and it is very common to bruise and swell after filler.  This can often be reduced by using a microcannula technique.  The bruising should resolve, but may take a few weeks.   I would contact your provider and see if they have techniques to reduce the bruising, such as dermasound with arnica, an anti-inflammatory.
