The type and placement of fillers depends on what bothers you most. &nbsp;As we age we lose our midface volume, from bone loss, muscle atrophy and fat sagging which is noticed mostly in our cheeks. &nbsp;I like to begin by addressing this issue in most which will often help with the lower face and nasolabial folds without having to inject this area. &nbsp;In the cheeks I prefer a longer lasting and filler designed for&nbsp;elevating and being placed deep such as Voluma. &nbsp;After anchoring this area if there are more concerns in the lower face, such as nasolabial folds, &nbsp;I prefer a thinner filler, such as Juvederm ultra, ultra plus, or Vollure. &nbsp;If your lips are a concern, I&nbsp;recommend an even softer filler such as Vobella or&nbsp;Belotero. &nbsp;Sometimes it helps for you to look at a picture from 5-10 years ago and compare and analyze your desires and goals. &nbsp;I hope this helps. &nbsp;

Asha I'm sorry that this has happened to you. &nbsp;Typically I&nbsp;prefer a softer filler for this area such as Restylane, Vobella, or Belotero. &nbsp;The good news is that a Hyaluronic Acid filler can be dissolved with Hyaluronidase and can be done immediately. &nbsp;Voluma however,&nbsp;may take a few injections to dissolve. &nbsp;Good luck!

Me and these eyes. I had voluma injected under my eyes 4/29/17 which has cause tremendous swelling with a crease under left eye. I already know this isn't going to look nice. Please tell me this is discoverable? If so how soon can i dissolve it? I am on vacation and had to cancel all plans due to i look like some creature....

Kybella is a very effective method of dissolving fat in the submental area,&nbsp;treating the double chin. &nbsp;Each case is different and without photos or examination&nbsp;it is difficult to say if you are a good candidate. &nbsp;As we age, our skin becomes more lax/loose, so results may vary and you may require additional therapy to help tighten loose skin. &nbsp;Because the fat loss is not immediate&nbsp;with kybella, it can take 8-12 weeks,&nbsp;the skin has time to adapt to the fat loss. &nbsp;Kybella does result is some skin retraction over a period of time and you can see improvement in the skin laxity for up to a year. &nbsp;Radiofrequency treatments&nbsp;combined with fat reduction are effective in tightening the skin. I&nbsp;recommend going in for a consultation. &nbsp;

Is it possible after kaybella under the chin and neck skin get saggy if that happened how to fix it with non surgical? Thanks.

Botox is most often used for dynamic wrinkles caused by muscle contraction and acts to block muscle movement.&nbsp;&nbsp;It can be very effective when used in the masseters for TMJ pain, jaw clenching and also reduce the bulk of hypertrophied masseter muscles, which in turn will thin your jaw line. &nbsp;The masseter muscle is a large muscle that often requires 20-30 units per side, so 10 units is low for treatment and 3 is very low. &nbsp;Botox lasts in the muscle for typically 3-4 months, however it&nbsp;doesn't last as long around the mouth as&nbsp;it is&nbsp;more dynamic.&nbsp;&nbsp;Because your last botox in your masseters lasted 2.5 months, I assume this will be&nbsp;about the same. &nbsp;

It has been 6 days since I got a mere 3 units and my jaw is too slim again. I am so scared I permanently damaged my jaw. Help! Will chewing gum wear it off!!! 10 units lasted 2.5 months on me will 3 units last a shorter or longer amount (since the muscles were already a bit softer when I got them redone)

My masseter used to be full and strong. I had 10 units the first time, made my cheeks sunk in. 3 units the second time

The skin under the eyes is very thin and delicate and it is very common to bruise and swell after filler. &nbsp;This can often be reduced by using a microcannula technique. &nbsp;The bruising should resolve, but may take a few weeks. &nbsp; I would contact your provider and see if they have techniques to reduce the bruising, such as dermasound with arnica, an anti-inflammatory. &nbsp;

It's been two days. My swelling and bruising is huge. Scared. Is this normal? Should I just wait?
