Dear Friend, Sounds to me given your description you would be a great candidate for a breast augmentation. You need a preop mammogram and must be evaluated by a board certified Plastic Surgeon to be sure an augmentation is all that is required ot give you the look you desire. Sometimes a mastopexy is also indicated but given your size sounds like an augmentation would correct your issue Best of Luck
Dear Friend, GIven your concern regarding nipple sensation I think you would be better off with a inframammary incision. These are relatively small 4cm incisions placed along the IMF. Once the implant is inserted the incision will sit right at the base of the breast (high enough ) so you can wear your two piece with no visible incision. Really a great approach to breast augmentation.
I would agree 100% with my colleague form New Haven It really depends on where the implant is placed (sub glandular vs sub muscular) and how much breast tissue the individual has to cover the implant. In my practice women who are 35 and over tend to favor the silicone implants and women in their 20's tend to favor the saline implants. Overall we are favoring silicone implants more but the cost is slightly higher.
