Yes. It should resolve in the next several days. It’s not due to the way botox works but your body’s reaction to the injection.
Botox selectively weakens the muscles injected and does not make them stronger before making them weaker. It will take 7-10 days for you to start noticing the results. Several of my patients will pay closer attention and notice things in more details after their first treatment.
