At 9 weeks post op, my incisions are almost completely healed, I have been cleared to take my tapes off and exercise THANK GOD! Being dedicate for 6+ weeks was killing me. I feel absolutely no pain , just a thing here and there. But nothing serious. Bottoms of breasts are still numb but not as much. I am loving my results more and more each day. They aren’t as firm either.
Hello Some details Height:5’3 Weight: 105-110 lbs Pre op: 30A, ( more like AA) Incision: periareolar Post op:? Unknown yet. Will update after a week or so. Today I went into for my BA, I wanted 500 cc Was told that that is literally physically impossible for my first time, so we went as big as could go without making too many complications. I woke up with 400cc! Happy so far! My breast/ nipples are fine but the muscle is so sore. My surgery was at 7:45 AM and I was out by 10 AM, the anaesthesia didn’t affect me in a very negative way obviously I felt disoriented but I’m feeling much better now it’s now 7 PM Will keep you updated! Will take the bra off after tomorrow’s follow up visit. Updated on 19 Jun 2020: Day 2 was the worst. I was so sore. Now my body is out of so much pain, I can relax , and sleep. That’s all I’ve been doing. Mid day naps are my thing! Still high and tight. Feeling good though! Can sit up by myself Updated on 19 Jun 2020: More boobie photos, I went from an XS sports bra to M. I got some at Walmart for now. I truly can’t wait for the drop and fluff. And to see the scars. I’m too curious. But trying to keep the tape on for as long as possible It’s easier to pick things up today too. I was able to fold some laundry and my tops are about a size M Updated on 23 Jun 2020: I’m still a little sore. I don’t life anything yet, still relaxing as much as I can. Still have swelling and bruising but doing good. My nipples are so extremely sensitive, but over all so far so good. Still hoping they loose the extreme roundness. Updated on 29 Jun 2020: 2 weeks in. Feeling better. Boobs are starting to feel like my “own”, thinking of taking the tapes off tonight... I have a lot more energy this week, my body was really tired for the weeks after my surgery. here’s a little collage I put together to organize my photos Updated on 30 Jun 2020: Omg! There was so much blood it was acting like glue and it was very painful to get off, but I finally did it! It was difficult due to the angle but it worked out fine. I put some Mederma scar gel on it. Not sure if that’s allowed but it can’t hurt.. Then I put some stereo strips back on :) Updated on 7 Jul 2020: I am starting to feel some softness on my breast which is absolutely amazing. I always have that fear that it was gonna be super hard and that’s something that I was not trying to go for hence why I chose silicone implants. I took the Strips off of my nipples at about 2 1/2 weeks and I noticed that the scar was very raised and lumpy so I have contacted my doctors office and he explained that it was just a dissolvable stitches and everything is going great now. Ever since that phone call I have checked in the scarring has gone down. I’m completely confident that it will heal very nicely. The cuts are extremely clean! I’m keeping the Steri-Strips on until I’m able to go to my six week check up so that it keeps the skin flat, and keeps my scar as together as possible. I know a lot of people take their stuff off at about two weeks but I really want to keep it on as long as possible especially since it’s on my nipple and they’re extremely sensitive right now. Updated on 13 Jul 2020: Energy levels are back to normal but I have not done any heavy activity. I've been trying to relax as much as I can because mid last week to now, I've developed this weird SQUEAKY/ RUBBING and I HATE it! Upon certain research, I have come across what is medically known as Bourdonnement - which I will be bringing up at my 6 week meet if it's not gone by then. These 4 weeks have flown by. I think the swelling has subsided...or I hope so - they look smaller than what I was expecting :( My breast feel numb in some areas like right under my areola ( but not on), and to the sides. I have started massaging slightly and lightly yesterday. It seems to help with the numbness and slight tightness on the side. Hoping It will help with the rubbing noise too. The scars are healing well and I've switched at 3.5 week from steri strips to silicone strips as they are easier to manage and take off and on. I've also been using Mederma, on my burns too and have been noticing an improvement on those burns on my stomach, so hopefully will do the same with my areola scar. Updated on 13 Jul 2020: 2.5 weeks - 4 weeks The angles are a little Different but you can definitely see my boobs becoming more settled and I guess comfortable looking on my body I wonder is getting another surgery through the areola would change the scar? Does anybody know Updated on 13 Jul 2020: ** 2.5 weeks - 4 weeks The angles are a little Different but you can definitely see my boobs becoming more settled and I guess comfortable looking on my body I wonder is getting another surgery through the areola would change the scar? I guess my only suggestion is keep the tapes on. It helps flatten the skin MAJORLY each day
