I went to get some skin lesions checked out and not only were some of them quickly and efficiently removed, dr Lens also gave me a thorough check-up too make sure other moles were in order. Dr Lens is a frank and no-nonsense practitioner and that is just how I like it.

I had surgery done by Marko Lens and it was done so badly that I had to have revision surgery by another surgeon . He did refund all my fees but the stress of it all was awful and I had to wait 6 months before I could have the revision done. I absolutely would not recommend him if you are looking for a good surgeon .

I'm afraid my experience with Mr Lens was not a good one. I had (very expensive) consultation in plush room, that lasted five minutes. With very little discussion he advised me he could remove my eye bags and there would be no problems with it. Unsure, I subsequently consulted two other surgeons, both of whom told me thi would have been the wrong course of action for me to take given the shape of my face. In fact, it would have made things much worse. I rang to try and discuss this with Mr Lens and ask him why he'd given this advice, but was palmed off by his secretary. Very disappointed and glad I didn't go ahead.

I went to Marko Lens for for a consultation for Revision Blepharoplasty I had 4 years previous. I felt extremely anxious and had sent emails conveying this to his admin staff as well as phonecalls. I found him to be rather cold and my consultation lasted about 5 minutes. He informed me there was nothing that he could do to help me and in fact my eyes looked weird when I closed them for him. I ended up crying in his consult but he couldn't wait to get me out of the room telling me make up can help. His office door was shut promptly and I stood outside with his secretaries and paid the consultation fee of £275. I think at that one moment I have never felt so desolate and so hopeless.
