I have had issues with the veins on my legs for a long time. Other doctors have tried to help me. Dr. Kim was able to solve my problem. His bedside manner is wonderful. The office is caring and courteous. I highly recommend Eterna Vein and Medical Aesthetics.
I think you may be particularly sensitive to whatever sclerosant was used to treat you or the concentration may have been a bit high. No matter how good the injector, a tiny amount of sclerosant will leak out of the vein to the surrounding tissue. Normally, it causes a little swelling like a mosquito bite but in your case it has caused blisters. You can consider a lower concentration of sclerosant or different sclerosant altogether after these blisters have completely healed. Alternatively, assuming the veins feeding the spider veins have been closed, you could try laser sclerotherapy or Veinwave.
The puffiness and prominent eyelid capillaries are suggestive of an allergic process. Something is irritating the eyelids, whether it's seasonal allergies or perhaps an eye cream or makeup. Dark circles can be hereditary, from blood vessels near the surface of the skin, from rubbing, or from sun damage. I would recommend consulting with a dermatologist first before considering any injections or surgery.
The varicose and spider veins in the lower legs will not disappear after the Closure procedure (now called Venefit). Large varicose veins may appear less bulging but they will need to be treated separately with phlebectomy or sclerotherapy to get them to completely resolve. Spider veins also will need to be treated separately with injection or laser sclerotherapy.
