I used to have dental problems from a really young age to the point that I was told I would not have any teeth by age 21. After being treated by Dr. Amidei, that is not the case anymore. I now smile with no fears. Every procedure done by Dr. Amidei and the help of his staff has always been done with such care that you will be at ease and you will forget you are sitting on a dentist chair.
Typically older crown had a metal substrate that becomes corrosive and darkens over time. Newer crowns are completely white without a substrate. For instance, Emax, Bruxir (full Zirconia crowns). They are beautiful and durable. Seek out a cosmetic consultation with a doctor that has experience in these areas.
Firstneed figure out what is currently the state of health of the bone and gums around these teeth. If bad disease then likely remove and replace... Problem solvedIf on the other hand the bone and gums are healthy and you are regular about your dental care, then you can get braces with an orthodontist or have invislign done. This will straighten things out. Then whiten them and look ten years younger to boot!!!
Ok this is typical. Think about it...The implant is placed in bone. The gum you see is where the screw goes down through to get to the implant that is in bone. When the healing cap loosens it allows for gum to grow between the implant cylinder the healing cap. only takes a few days for this to occur. when you tighten the screw the gum or skin gets squeezed out of the way and it hurts. Perfectly normal. My guess is by now it does not hurt anymore
Get direct bonding done. Its very simple and will provise a good resilt covering the ugly crack and brownish color of the tooth. Not to expensive maybe 350.00.You'll need to have it maintained periodically as anything but a nice solution.
Try a non invasive procedure like direct bonding. I personally think you would benefit from invisilign and widening your such and proclining your teeth. Do you get headaches? Looks like your lower Jaw is locked into your top jaw since your teeth are canted inwardly.Often times I creat a wider smile and therfore some spacing occurs. I simply move the spacing behind the first premolars and then put a back side veneer on the premolar to close the gap.very easy to do and orthodontists do not utilize enough.
