I had braces at 14 yo and lost my retainer shortly after treatment. Then my wisdom teeth came in sideways and crowded my lower teeth. I've not worried too much about it most of my life because my top teeth looked good but about five years ago or so one of my two front teeth started to move back and the two teeth on either side began to move in front of it. It was showing up more and more with a shadow in pictures and I've wanted to do something about it. I didn't want to do traditional braces again (hygiene hard, vanity, etc). I got quotes for Invisalign five years ago and didn't do anything about it but, with the support of my hubby, I finally did.
