It is disconcerting to have a bump in the treatment area wherever the injection might have been. I suggest you go back to the place you had your injection for an examination and to anwer more questions. It would be important to note when the bump first appeared, and if you have massaged or done any other thing to it. Most lumps or bumps become smaller over a period of time, but that is not always so. You may have some fibrous or scar tissue at the site. The skin is very thin in the tear trough area and so it is less forgiving to have something of concern appear there. You may see if it gets smaller with a several weeks of gentle pressure to it five times a day for five minutes. If it persists, there are a number of treatments which may be performed by an experienced physician to alleviate persistent lumps or bumps.
