Mark was extremely thorough, he took the time to understand what I was looking for, however was sure to guide my decisions with his experience. When I was looking for a provider Mark stood out because he really listened and explained the full procedure and options clearly. During the operation Mark continually reassured me and explained what was going on, which made me feel very comfortable. I was fortunate enough to have additional grafts from my donor area which Mark took the time to consult with me, in order to ensure they enhanced my results in a way I was comfortable with & did so at no extra cost. I had not really done much preventative care, Mark was great at explaining the options, potential pros and cons from each and built a package which worked for me. When it came to look at the results Mark gave me his honest professional opinion, explained the options but did not try to sell me procedures and advised me to keep doing what I had been. Throughout the year since the procedure, while my hair has been growing in, my friends and colleagues have all commented on how great my hair looks. However, none have guessed that I had work done on it - I believe this is largely due to Mark's expert work and the importance he places on keeping a natural look. Since the procedure my confidence has grown, however the most notable benefit is the time I spend thinking about and styling my hair - I can now just pop some wax in and head out without obsessing how it will look in photos or seeing it in a window or mirror.

I had a hair transplant at Bosley in New York, NY. I was treated with Doctor Mark Faucher, MD during the process. I had 1606 graft planted on the crown area and I choose FUT method on the procedure. I came to Bosley about eight years ago but I kept holding myself back from year to year to doing the procedure until May 2017, suddenly I decide to make up my mind to do this procedure while I am still in my 40ish. Finally I did it on June 15, 2017 and I am very satisfied with the treatment that I had experienced with Bosley. I had a nice hairline and nice grafted follicles on the recipient area, even though I don't see any significant result yet at this moment because I was informed very well that it takes approximately 4-12 months for a new hair to grow.
