Ciao a tutte, scrivo questa testimonianza perché da più di 2 anni cerco on line persone con il mio deficit (von willebrand tipo 1) che avessero fatto un intervento del genere o comunque di chirurgia estetica. Purtroppo on line ci sono ancora molte poche testimonianze a riguardo oppure di persone che solo dopo un' operazione hanno scoperto il problema e quindi hanno avuto conseguenze. Avevo un seno diverso dall'altro e ne soffrivo molto per cui nonostante la paura della coagulazione ho deciso di cercare un chirurgo che mi aiutasse a risolvere il problema. Ho fatto visite preventive con uno dei migliori ematologi della città per stabilire il trattamento pre e post operazione e per conoscere tutti i rischi a cui andavo in contro. Ho intanto fatto consulenze con vari chirurghi plastici famosi nella mia città che però volevano effettuare un intervento sotto ghiandola, che non mi garantivano la reale uguaglianza dei seni e che non avevano ben chiaro il mio difetto di coagulazione e quindi sembravano sopravvalutarlo. Il dott russo è stato l'unico che mi ha proposto un intervento retromuscolare con la promessa che sarebbero state più simili possibili e soprattutto che mi ha fatto seguire dalla sua equipe per il mio problema in tutto e per tutto. Sono stata trattata pre operazione con ddavp e con l'anestesia non ho avuto nessun problema. La promessa del chirurgo di fare un lavoro lento, delicato e non traumatico è stata talmente ottemperata che già dal primo giorno non si è visto nemmeno un livido! Le ferite si sono chiuse perfettamente e dopo un mese già non si vedono più. Finalmente ho un seno adeguato al mio corpo e di cui non devo vergognarmi. È stata inserita motiva ergonomix 360 da un lato e 380 dall'altro retro muscolo e la differenza non si vede più. Sono super felice e consiglio a tutte le ragazze con problemi simili al mio di non rinunciare ma di non affidarsi al primo che capita. Di andare con la consapevolezza dei rischi ma con la tranquillità di stare in mani esperte e con tutti i dovuti accorgimenti del caso.
Motivation: Alright so it starts back in 2015 when i first thought of getting a BA done as my baby was a year old by then and i had recently moved to Dubai. I met a doctor my friend had her BA done from but somehow couldn’t move ahead with since i had little help with me to look after. The reason why i wanted a BA in the first place was that i was always very unlucky in the chest department never going beyond a full A cup. However now in 2018 i started seeing so many pop up ads on my social media of different clinics advertising and this caught my attention again. Doctors, how i made a choice: I was really excited to meet a doctor who they claimed had a zero downtime surgery, as per him i could come and go in my own car on the day of surgery and go wear a bikini next day at the beach. He proposed 375 cc teardrop shaped implants for the kind of look i desire and i after a very good consultation with him went home. However the next couple of days when I tried contacting him, i learnt that he is a visiting surgeon and is only available once a month. I didn’t get a response on whatsapp or emails also so i decided not to go ahead with him as in case of any problem, I’d want my doctor in my access. I wanted a second opinion and contacted the same doctor i went to in 2015 and as he compared my current measurements from today to the past, there wasn’t a difference at all. With regards to implants he said i am a monkey and do what the patient asks me to. This being my first ever surgical cosmetic procedure left me a little torn as to i am not an implant expert and nor can i decide what’s good for me what’s not. Finally we shortlisted 2 implants one motiva ergonomix and one polytech tear drop textured. He insisted on finalizing one size as he doesn’t like to order multiple sizes and decide what’s best in the OT instead he likes doing it beforehand with the patient. Knowing i had asymmetry, he decided to put 320 demi motiva in both breasts. Another thing that bothered me was him insisting i go to a radiologist only of his choice to do my breast scan considering how expensive the surgery is, i found it very cheap. So torn, i contacted the clinic of the first doctor again and a lady referred me to their resident doctor Dr Mario Russo and I immediately booked my consultation with him. My previous 2 consultations were more than 1 hour each. This was a 20 min consultation and i knew Dr Mario is the doctor for me. My measurements were taken, wish pictures were seen and as per them he proposed motiva ergonomix 300-350 range for me finalizing the best at the time of surgery. He always welcomed any of my silly questions that kept arising in my head before surgery and i went ahead paid in full and booked for surgery 2 days later.
Hmmm where to begin. I had abreast augmentation with the natural look Mario’s private company. One breast was great one wasn’t I expressed my concern and was told it’s going to settle and change it didn’t. It became impossible to get to see him and so I’d say my aftercare was a joke my result was unsatisfactory and I’m keen to fix my breasts but not sure how I can trust a surgeon again
