Hi, the sensitivity you're experiencing may be caused by many different factors  such as improper bite, cement stuck under the gums, nerve inflammation, etc. See your dentist asap and hopefully your sensitivity issues will be resolved.

From your photo it appears that porcelain veneers and gingival grafting in areas of recession can give you a beautiful smile in the hands of an experienced and skilled cosmetic dentist.

Your right lateral incisor is naturally positioned more towards the cheek(sticks out) than the rest of your front teeth, maybe try a minor invisalign treatment to bring that tooth in,otherwise that tooth would require a lot of reduction(drilling) which may result in you requiring a root canal.

Porcelain veneers would be a great option in your case, usually doing two together will give you a better cosmetic outcome.

I would recommend porcelain veneers, the quality of ceramics used to fabricate porcelain veneers have improved significantly over the years allowing minimal or in some cases no tooth reduction.
