My case was complicated, tubular and uneven breasts. Dr Miranda listened to what I wanted and advised me fully of the pros and cons allowing me to make an informed decision. I had consultations with two other doctors, both wanted to do what they had in mind and not what I wanted. Dr Miranda was completely different. I had minimal pain, lasting only a few days and was very bearable. Only really kicking in when getting up from laying down. The result is exactly what I wanted. Very natural result. Healing beautifully 6 months. So much more confident and happy! Dr Miranda is very talented and caring professional. Great to have such a woman perform my surgery.

Dr Miranda is a wonderful plastic surgeon! Very knowledgable, calm, personable, lovely and easy to connect with. I have an implant removal and mastopexy surgery with her back in November 2021. I was never happy with my breast implants -they were too big, too heavy on the chest, too hard and uncomfortable- and wanted to get them out pretty much since I the day I got them in; but somehow I was scared to put my body through another plastic surgery. Finally, 10 weeks ago I got my implants removed and it's the best thing I've ever done, I don't know why I waited so long. Dr Miranda did a wonderful job; from the first appointment, she listened to me with attention, guided me and gave all the information I needed, as well as managing my expectations. She was a great support pre-operation and she's been following up very close too. The results of her work, a beautiful breast uplift with the least amount of visible scars she could do on me.
