I have been wanting to have an arm lift for a little while now. I recently moved out to Palm Desert and since I retired, I thought it would be a great time to do it. I saw a couple of doctors but I really liked Dr Lombardo the best. She has a wonderful, caring and warm personality. She’s very honest with what she can do and really listens to your wants, needs and expectations. She made sure I understood all the risks and complications before I had the surgery. On the day of the surgery, The process went seamlessly. My aftercare was wonderful too. She made sure to let me know I could call her whenever I needed anything. I’m just a little over three weeks out and my arms look amazing! They actually looked amazing a week out! you could tell that quickly. I’ve had 0 complications and do not regret doing it at all. It was worth it!. I can’t wait for the next few months when it really starts show even better. If I ever decide to do any other procedure I’m definitely coming back to Dr lombardo! You have several options because there are a few different things going on... Facial volume loss occurs with normal aging and can be made worse with weight loss. The creases around the mouth can be injected with fillers to make them less prominent but the cheekbones and cheeks can also be treated with fillers to "lift" and put the support back in so the creases are less obvious. Botox (or other neurotoxin) can be used in the chin/lower face to prevent the the "down-turn" of the corners of the mouth. An in-person consultation is really the best way to discuss what would work best for you!
