I am absolutely in love with my veneers. I had pretty stained and uneven teeth for many years. I am a school teacher and always had to struggle when I smiled because I felt uncomfortable about them. I came to Dr. Zakhor for my 2nd consult with a cosmetic dentist. He is very knowledgable. He corrected my teeth and theme the most amazing white teeth which look very natural. My bite is also much more balanced and feels better to bite my teeth If you are looking for a dentist who pay attention to detail and gives you amazing results, Dr. Zakhor is your answer. I Highly recommend him
I had been suffering from dental problems ever since I was 7 with my first dental visit and the scary visit which I remember till this day. As a result, I never wanted to see a dentist and I was very prone to getting cavities. By the time I was 40 I was missing about 15 teeth and at least 6 more teeth had lost the gum support and they were on their way out as well. Fast forward to 2016, I had to have the rest of my top teeth extracted and wear dentures, which was not the most comfortable option. At Zakhor Dental Group, the periodontist (Dr. Rafiee) ended up doing 4 implants for me and we then had a ceramic denture made to snap and attach to the implants. the smile looks super natural and I couldn't have been happier. Will try to post some photos very soon.
I had an emergency which took me to see Dr. Zakhor he's hands down the best dentist in town. Are having lost a front tooth and seeing a dock of dentists for a consult, I couldn't be happier with the decision I made. I had a tooth replaced non-surgically using a "maryland" Brite. I also had a veneer placed as well. My smile completely transformed.
I had 16 veneers redone after years, and I couldn't be any happier. The doctor was extremely professional and took his time with my case. This was my second time around dong my veneers. I had the first set for about 15 years and it was time for a new set since I drank a lot of coffee and red wine and I smoked.
I, like most who use Clear Correct, didn't like how my teeth looked and wanted to take care of it and now I've got the means and am making it happen. I just started with my first tray a few days ago and it was painful at first like most said but it has gone away. Thanks to reading a lot of reviews here I'm being patient with the process and know the changes I'd like to see will come in time. Updated on 13 Feb 2017: So I've had my clear correct in for about a month now and so far it's been great. Very few people noticed that I have it but some do and that's mainly when the light hits the retainers in a certain way or they are really close. I've had no major movement report but I'm staying patient and taking it one data time. I'm excited to continue on this journey and will update this with any major changes. Updated on 25 Jun 2017: It's been a while since I posted but everything is going along smoothly. I'm on tray 11 of 16 and am seeing noticeable results. It took a while to get my big front teeth to start moving but when they did they've been moving fast. Around tray 6 I had a weird numbing sensation on one of my canine teeth but my orthodontist checked it out and he said it was fine. I chalk it up to my mouth dealing with all the moving but it's pretty much gone now. Happy with the progress and continuing to stay patient! Updated on 4 Dec 2017: Less than a year later I’ve got the smile I’ve dreamed about for year! It was tough in the beginning getting used the the pressure and general discomfort of having something alien in my mouth 24/7 but well worth it. Dr. Zakhor and his team were excellent in every step of the process and he has a very satisfied customer here!
Hello, Based on the picture provided, I believe that the defect is caused from the repeated efforts of removing the tray with finger or finger nails. However, it is not a big issue I recommend to first contact your dental provider, if it is urgent I would recommend to try to fold back the small area and continue wearing the tray until you can bring up the issue to the dentist.
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to upload a picture. We always recommend a consultation to provide the best diagnosis for each case. Based on the picture and minimal knowledge of previous dental treatment, I believe it is very possible to readjust the tooth back to its normal position using Invisalign.
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to post a picture. We always recommend a consultation to provide the best diagnosis for each case. Invisalign continues to advance to treat broad spectrum of cases. Personally I favor Invisalign over braces for small adjustment, such as you have mentioned. Ofcourse there are pros and cons to consider (for example duration of treatment and cost) for either type of treatment. Based just on the picture provided I believe that you qualify to be good Invisalign case.
Hello, Thank you for the brief history on your treatment. In most cases the enamel can be adjusted to its normal stage through polishing, however there are few factors to consider. As you mentioned your teeth have been "prepped" as a patient it may feel very slight but as a dentist we even a millimeter can alter an outcome specially in an esthetic sensitive area. With that in mind the amount of enamel missing can effect the "shine". Other factor to consider are previous dental procedures done to a specific tooth AND neighboring tooth, that might effect the over all appearance of the teeth.
It's best to see a dentist for a routine check up and cleaning biannually. If you have a chipped tooth and need the attention of the dentist, you should not wait as things only progress to get worse with time. Perhaps you can find a dentist by asking close family or friends and go in for a consult before doing any treatment to get yourself familiar with the dentist and slowly overcome your fear of seeing the dentist. Best of luck to you!!
