So for any procedure performed, it is vital that its specific to you face and anatomy. Patients may have a multitude of reasons for extra skin. In your case, I would want to see where your brow position is an if its OK, there is a moderate amount of skin that could be safely removed to prevent the extra folds on the outer part of your upper eyelid. It looks likely to be the skin only and would be amenable to having this done with local anaesthetic only

The issue with jowls may be something you have noticed in the family as at your age, it is less likely to be issues with fat atrophy, or skin losing its elasticity. A really effective way of dealing with this is the deep plane facelift although other options such as SMAS plication etc are available. It comes down to your choice regarding how long you want the effect to last for and associated costs you can bear.

Looking at your photo, I am guessing you would want your upper eyelids with the face and neck lift? If so this can be done at the same time as the face and neck lift. Its it was the lower eyelids, I would get the lower eyelids operated on first, then once recovered and allowing for all swelling to settle review you at 6-9 months, to plan for the facelift at 1 year after the first surgery. Of course, the operation can and should be tailored to what you main concern is.

I don't think its a matter of the amount of fat in the cheeks. In my opinion, the volume in the cheeks is good and is in keeping with youth but the main issue I see is that the place where the volume has descended. This would be best dealt with by raising the malar fat through a cheek lift instead. It would also help deal with the tear troughs that are likely to develop in time

If it is now 7 months since surgery, some people may have continued swelling as the process of healing can take up to 1 year. Another factor to consider is what exactly was done in the operation as reciting the fat and supporting the tissue will add to a degree of swelling, as the body would treat each element as an injury, meaning that cumulatively this can add up to more swelling that has to settle. It is probably worthwhile visiting the surgeon who operated on you to ask what was done, but I would give it a year for the more invasive approaches that can be used.
One way that can be clinically useful is to feel the quality of the skin as a soft supple texture would indicate that the healing may be complete. If it still felt a little boggy, and a bit of pressure cause pitting, to me that suggests continued swelling that may need a bit longer
Also a before photo would help give a better idea to compare to.
