Yes, your space is too far for apart for a bondings option. The rule of thumb is no more than 2mm. Try focusing on one step at a time. Braces/invisalign are a long ways from now. Most important thing to do first is prevent from losing your teeth— root canal then fillings.

Try doing laser gun contouring first. That will heal quickly. The bondings must be done to the new shape of your teeth-after the gum lift.

It depends. How were the temps made?

If the dentist used the labs model to make your temps- then yes this is similar to finals.
If your dentist free-handed it or duplicated your old teeth then the lab will make their own waxup and it be different.
Either way, your temps are an opportunity for you to speak up about it. Make sure you communicate to your dentist what you don’t like so that there are no mixups later.

It is difficult to properly treatment plan your case without photos of your smile or lower arch. By the looks of your upper arch it is apparent that there is an issue with bruxxing or grinding that has worn down your anterior teeth over the years. Possibly there is something on the lower that would indicate why your doctor is recommending invisalign.

For esthetic reasons I would not recommend 6 crowns. Anytime a smile is done with only 6 crowns it gives the illusion that those 6 teeth stand out more (or are thicker) than the others and the arch will appear more forward focused or narrow bc only 6 teeth show. When you look in the mirror and smile I doubt you only show 6 teeth. Most people show between 8-12 teeth. I would recommend you do that amount. Please upload a smile photo or lower arch if you can.

Yes your open bite can be fixed but the movement is a complicated one. It is really an issue that should’ve been corrected the first time you did invisalign. Did your treatment expire? Some packages of invisalign have a 5 year window for complimentary refinements. 




Otherwise, yes invisalign will help but get it done with an orthodontist to assure they have the skill to do complicated movements.
