My consultation was free, so I was very happy to meet with Dr. Partovi and her team. I called ahead to make sure they had my insurance information and when I arrived they informed me everything was taken care of. I was extremely happy to know I had some coverage. The person who took my X Ray was very friendly, and the treatment coordinator went over the entire process in great detail, and was able to set up the payment to be affordable and monthly, which I love! I must say this place knows about customer service, and was one of the reasons I chose them.

Meeting with Dr. Partovi at 360 Orthodontics was one of the best decisions I ever made. Not only is her staff friendly, but they are knowledgeable and efficient. I had called them in advance because I wanted to make sure my insurance would cover some of the cost. As soon as I walked in for my appointment I was informed that all my insurance information had cleared. They had really done their homework! I met with Dr. Partovi with an open mind regarding my treatment, as I wanted something that would straighten my teeth but would also allow me to attend my friend’s wedding without any metal in my mouth. Dr. Partovi explained to me the entire process from start to finish, what I could expect, and the amount it was going to cost. I would recommend her to anyone who wants an honest, thoughtful, and caring approach to their dental care.

When I first came in to see Dr. Partovi I thought to myself it was going to cost an arm and a leg. Once I came in the staff was very friendly made me feel at home and I felt super comfortable. They explained to me exactly what was going to happen through out the exam ( did i mention it was complimentary :)) Dr. Partovi was very attentive explained to me in detail exactly what she diagnosed and made me understand the severity of my treatment type. As I was getting wiser , I noticed spaces between my teeth are getting bigger , and food was getting impacted to several of my teeth . Overall my teeth were moving .so I decided to have a consultation with an orthodontist and couple of my friends who took their kids to Dr. Partovi recommended her .I was so pleased with the whole experience that I didn't hesitate and got my beautiful clear braces with white wires that hardly shows. This was the best thing that I have ever done for myself.

Dr Partivi has the most unique set up. Professional Dr and professional staff. Clean environment. Kindest people and state of the art equipments. The way she handled my daughter with care and kindness is beyond words I can use to express my gratitude. Thank you Dr. Partovi. I strongly recommend her
