I underwent Rhinoplasty surgery at Midas. My experience and result has been excellent. I started loosing hair few years ago. Every few months the hair density was becoming more thinner and less. I was really worried about the future. If you're looking for a treatment for your gynaecomastia, you don't need to look anywhere else. The doctor is a godsend. The surgery was so precise that after a while you'll forget that you ever had this problem. The surgery procedure lasted for around 4hrs and i was on local anaesthesia. The doctor kept talking to me throughout the procedure to make me feel comfortable. In my opinion, there couldn't be a better surgeon than Doctor Madhukumar for this problem. In the very first visit you'll feel comfortable with the doctor. I'd recommend everyone to visit him atleast once if you have this problem, and then decide it for yourself. I had mountains on top, and it's flat as a pancake now. Do go through this procedure if this embarrasses you too. Every penny you spend here will be worth it. Cheers to your new life!
Hi, Thanks for your question. I perform the procedure under local anesthesia. About 15-20% of our cases(those with less pain tolerance or anxious individuals) require a light sedation along with the local anesthesia. We have an anesthetist present for even those surgeries performed under local anesthesia. The person is usually discharged 1-2 hours after the procedure. The compression vest is to be worn for 4-6 weeks.

The end result would also depend on the elasticity and thickness of the skin, as this will determine the extent of skin retraction after the procedure. Overall, most people would have satisfactory results in such cases.
A compression garment is used to support and provide compression to the area after liposuction. It is usually recommended to be worn for 4-6 weeks, post the procedure. It would not help to use one 4 months after liposuction.
Beard hair, taken usually from the shadow area is used as a donor area for the head. Scalp hair is the preferred choice when adequate number of grafts are available. Beard hair can be used in between the scalp hair to increase the density(particularly when the scalp donor area is insufficient). Used alone, beard hair may appear unnatural,as they are coarser and thicker than the scalp hair.
