Well after checking out other people who have done it I was rather skeptical especially for a man. But I decided to do it anyway. I went to Dr A only because I knew people who have do this procedure at her office. Procedure did not take long considering I did only about 15 units for a first time and Dr A insisted I did not need more. I was in and out including waiting and papers within 40 min which for New York Standards is pretty good.
She greeted me with a wide smile and started observing the mole. She told me that it is best that I remove it because it is too big in diameter. I was given a new appointment to return to have it removed. The doctor gave me a few samples of facial cleansers and lotions as a gift. I'm happy with my visit and expect the same great service for my next appointment. The only thing they asking everyone to review them online so here it goes :-).
I sought to have a suspicious spot on my face examined and removed, as I was concerned about the possibility of cancer as well as the cosmetic appearance. Prior to this, I had several spots successfully biopsied and/or removed in prior years, so I really didn't think this procedure would become such an ordeal.
