I’ve been flying to L.A. (Beverly Hills area) from either Florida or Dallas for the past ~8 years to get injections. I’ve occasionally visited acclaimed plastic surgeons or dermatologists in Miami, etc. to get injections with terrible results. Hence, shelling out more than $1,000 per visit to fly in to have injections done that are natural and flattering.
Recently, I had a complication and couldn’t fly back to L.A. to fix it so I was searching for a local doctor that could at least do a touch up. I read about Dr. McAnnalley in D Magazine. She was the first dermatologist I read about that looked great, young for her age, natural and not over injected. I also understood she would be an artist based on the approach she described in the article. She lives 10 minutes from me. She fixed the issue which was not easy to fix and did an amazing job of recommending a few other areas that would balance my features. I look amazing and at least 10 years younger. Guys have been suddenly asking me out and I’m 44 years old. She managed to inject filler in extremely challenging areas such as my jaw line, forehead, lips, and chin without busting a vain and still looking completely natural. She also did an amazing job with Botox. I don’t look like the Joker and she did a fantastic job with my lips and checks. She’s not only knowledgeable and concerned about what she does but she’s an artist. She won’t over-inject if you’re asking for too much and will explain what will happen if you go that route but doesn’t push anything on you. Fantastic experience all around. Who knew a hidden gem only 10 minutes away. I highly recommend her.
