I had the best experience with Zi Institute! Dr Jun Caparas is a top plastic surgeon! I couldn't fault him. He was meticulous with his work and a perfectionist! He did a wonderful job with my liposuction and tummy tuck procedure. He was extremely professional, compassionate and caring and was surrounded by amazing and equally caring team - Cath, Raven, Chris and the wonderful nurse Nora who cared for me post op. Nurse Nora was very knowledgeable and experienced but most of all, she truly cares. She helped me a lot by letting me know what to expect and by being kind the whole time I was a patient. She went the extra mile in providing care and for that, I'm truly grateful!

I wanted to wait until I could gather some pictures before writing this review, but I'm afraid that once life starts getting in the way again, I won't have the time and Dr. Caparas and his team really deserve the praises of this review. I had my tummy tuck performed only 12 days ago and I could not be happier. What struck me the most about his expertise is his utmost regard for safety. I went in requesting an additional procedure to be performed, but due to the outcome of my tummy tuck, he made a decision that it'd be best to wait, and I'm glad he did. 12 days in, I'm able to move quite liberally, there is virtually nothing I cannot do on my own (walking, sitting, getting up from bed, etc.) and my incision is healing very fast. I traveled from neighboring Guam to see doctor Caparas and I'm so glad I did. The staff speaks English fluently and I had no issue understanding or being understood. One last special note on the Zi Institute's staff members: you all are absolute gold! Ms. Kat, you never skipped a beat when I needed you and promptly answered all my questions and concerns professionally and caringly. Nurse Nora: I adore you! You treated me like a friend and a patient and a sister! You took care of me with patience and concern and I'm forever grateful for all of you. Until the next time! Updated on 6 Nov 2022: I was hoping I could find a before picture, but I could not. For reference though, I lost about 10 inches in my waist area and roughly 6-7 in my hips. Still feeling stiff in my hips, flanks, and lower abdominal area and the feelings gets worse after extended periods of inactivity. I can't complain though. My scar looks dark at this point but healing very fast. Updated on 18 Nov 2022: Finally found a before picture! At almost 6 weeks from my surgery, I feel great. I'm still quite swollen on my incision, but a lot less than I used to be. I do lymphatic massages on my stomach area at least once daily with massage oil. I'm also keeping on losing weight steadily, although I'm also eating clean and taking vitamins.

For your information, Dr. Jun Caparas is known not only one of the best plastic surgeon but the best breast implant surgeon in the country. First of all, if you are a type of person who is vain and looking for perfection to enhance your beauty, and you want to achieve the best possible treatment care ever, for me Zi Clinic is the right place to visit to address your concerns from A to Z. At first, I was hesitant to undergo breast augmentation surgery for some reasons, but since Dr. Jun Caparas is knowledgeable and well-experienced in his craft, I have decided to proceed with the surgery. It’s been a year and eight months now and I consider the success of my breast implants a 100%. I’m so happy and content with the outcome really. It looks real and feels real, and I truly feel good about myself and more confident now. And eight months ago, I had lower blepharoplasty (removal of eye bags) and liposuction of the abdomen to achieve a smaller waistline and nice body contour. Mind you, I didn’t see any trace of scar on the lower eyelid in just a couple of weeks after I had the procedure. My abdomen is firmer and contoured, and my waistline now is less than 27 inches from 31 inches. Imagine, I lost more than 4 inches! Isn’t that amazing?! Everything went well with my surgery as expected and once again, I highly commend Dr. Jun Caparas for doing another astounding job. Also, I had HIFU for skin tightening or non-surgical facelift under the treatment care of Dra. Cynthia Caparas, the specialist in dermaesthetics at Zi Clinic. In my opinion, I find HIFU better than thermage. Why? Because it shows acceptable results already even during the first session and great results after the three sessions of treatment. Trust me, it rejuvenated and refreshed my appearance and looking ten years younger and more. I believe so because I can see it and others see it and received compliments from people I know and even don’t know. Money wise, HIFU is achievable. I highly recommend both Dr. Lutgardo “Jun” Caparas Jr. and his wife Dra. Cynthia Caparas not only for their expertise but commendable as well for their honesty and reliability. And I find all the services in Zi Clinic cost effective which only means you get your money’s worth. Kudos to both lovely couple doctors and their Staff.
