Hello, Currently I'm researching cosmetic procedures and I would love to have a breast augmentation with a tummy tuck. (I'm unsure if I will need a full tummy tuck or 360) Besides my stomach, my biggest concern is my lower back and waist (flanks) which seems to give me a square shape that also affects my butt. Is there a cosmetic procedure that can be performed without having to have a BBL?

I had a breast reduction (anchor method) about 10 yrs ago, but I ended up gaining a lot of weight, and now after losing about 100 lbs, my breasts are very saggy and deflated (more skin that fat). My nipples have also started to point inward due to more fat from the sides but less fat from the medial part of my breasts. I'm looking to have a 2nd breast reduction/lift done. I had a consultation, and the plastic surgeon said he would only do a free nipple graft, because it's very risky in my case.

I had a breast reduction 6 years ago, with would healing complications. I have multiple large lumps, about the size of a golf ball, in my right breast. I am almost 20 and a 36dd. I have had big boobs (and have been overweight) all my life which have cause major problems for me. They hurt my neck, back and even the front of my chest. I get rashes that take forever to go away and the pain gives me migraines (and i think might be affecting my jaw ??) Una elección adecuada te dará un resultado satisfactorio. Esto depende de varios factores sobre todo tipo de piel , textura de piel , etc.

I have not had my surgery yet with Dra Valenzuela but she is very responsive to all of my questions. She always reply back within a short time frame. That says a lot. We talk often on IG and What's App. It'seems like we have been friends for yrs because she is just a down to earth person. She is also very kind and attentive. I so love her attitude and spirit and can't wait to meet her in person and to get snatched. My shape is ok right now but I lost over 150 lbs from wls and a lot of [RS bleep] just dropped...
