Luis Ramirez, MD (license relinquished)

Went to professional plastic surgery, I was told my surgery would be done by Bella Pacheco, however on surgery day Dr Ramirez came into the room and marked me up. He was kind, asked my what I wanted and so far I am five days post op and I am loving my tummy tuck and BBL LIPO 360. I did have to call and see when I was supposed go for a post op visit, and so I went on my post op day two and the assistant removed the bandages. She then said to be back on the seventh day to have my drains removed but I was told on the phone I could have them removed day six. So instead I flew back home and have it scheduled for my provider to remove my drains. I did a lot of research prior to my surgery that them not giving me any instructions what so ever for post op didn’t have any effect. So I don’t give a high score on that at all. So far the work done looks amazing. Fingers crossed and I’ll update with more results.

I am two weeks and I feel great, I’m doing everything on my normal daily except for strenuous activities. My waist keeps going down and down. I started in medium faja now I’m in a small all the way to the last hooks. Next week I’m going to move to a stage two faja and I’m so excited. So thankful for my results so far! Sucks not laying on my side like normal but hopefully I will be able to keep most of my fat for a good shape

This is such a long healing process. I’m not used to having to take it easy. I pushed mowed the other day. Flat ground and just walking easy to push but it was hot. When I get hot I start to swell up so I have got to stay out of the heat. I am so ready to be out of the faja and sleep like my normal self. Having to stand or Neal really hurts my feet and my knees but I’m getting used it. As long as I’m busy I’m ok. I went back to work last Monday and it wasn’t too bad. Since I work in the ER I only needed help if the patient needed help to get up and down. Riding in the care on my BBL pillow sucks. It makes me super tall. I’m short so I can’t imagine being y’all trying to ride in it. I don’t have to sit at my job but if i Do I’ll get a towel and roll it up and sit on it with my thighs I like it. So far my results are so good. Top it off sex is great too. Sorry for the tmi. I’m not sure if it’s in my head or if somethings changed in there lol... as the days go by I’m feeling more and more confident with my new body it makes me happy that I don’t have to worry about my love handles hanging over or wearing highwaist pants to hide my belly. It feels good. I got an elliptical and I can’t wait to use it. I wish I knew when I can weight lift because I want to do that. This is crazy how long of healing process it is but it’s well worth it. Honestly I thank God I was able to do this!

Im almost 7 weeks po now. I am still sleeping on my belly. As far as sitting goes I’m still trying not to sit for at least eight weeks, I do however, sit on my thighs more and still drive and ride on my pillows. I don’t use the BBL pillow to sit on. I put it behind my back while I sit on softer pillows under my thigh because the bbl pillow is not comfortable at all and I feel like a complete waste of money. I’ve also found that to rolling up a towel and placing it under my thighs is a go to too. I still take my iron and vitamin C pills. In the pictures you can see my swelling has went down a lot but I still tend to swell in the heat and if I eat/drink things high in sodium. I wear my faja all day at work and day it off when I get home and then put it back on for bed. I am trying to slowly wean my body off of it. I slept one night with out it and when I got up my body was like screaming at me to wear it. I still haven’t started to go they the “fluffing” stage yet. As far as massages they told me if I needed them to get them at six weeks po but I don’t feel like I need them. Everyone says how good I look and really think it’s all natural. I am still very happy with my results. I swim thirty min a day and have started elliptical five min. I don’t get the sore tearing feeling in my abs anymore. Sometime my butt feels... sore? It’s difficult to explain. When I started walking more and using my muscles they just felt tired like I haven’t used them In Forever.

Added more picture as you can see ... still swelling.... not as bad..... I went out for my birthday with out the faja and wore a crop top. That was so exciting because never would I had the confidence before to do such a thing. I do not regret this surgery. It’s honestly a tough long rough road but I am willing to keep at it for great results.

Today I am itching! I haven’t had any itching really. But today where all the Lipo was I am so itchy. I have been still swelling when hot and eating sodium. My butt still feels sore but not as bad. I don’t feel the soreness all the time. It’s just when I bump up against something. I almost accidentally sat down and jumped up real quick. I can sit but with the pressure on my thighs and none on my butt. I have been swimming pretty good. I’m going to post pictures from last night, I was painting and feeling my reflection. So crazy to me how long of a healing process this is you guys!!! Still driving on my pillows and it’s annoying but basically a way of life now lol

So I have been searching for a doctors for about 8 months. I have narrowed it down to 4 or 5 doctors. In random order Dr William's at 305 plastic surgery, dr earl Alexander at pure plastic surgery, dr oliver chang at spectrum, and dr moridian at avana. I was gonna do dr Ramirez at venus my cousin just had hers but his pics on ig are hit and misses. I will be paying deposit and choosing doctor this week.

I ended up going with Dr. Louis Ramirez at VENUS DOREL. Surgery was on June 22, 2020. I STAYED AT JOYFUL RECOVERY HOUSE FOR 6 DAYS. I am 75% happy with results . I wish my cuff at bottom was more fluffed out or filled in . Its litterrally 2 flat spots at bottom. My coordinator was really great office was professional and answered all calls texts or concerns. I like the doctor cause he only do a few patients a day unlike some other doctors will do up to 9. 1 girl from my recovery house went to 305 surgery and 10 a.m and didnt go back to surgery till 8pm at night smh. Anywho they told me wait 3months them contact them back . But I think I will need a round 2. Because other people I seen with this problem the doctors comments were basically if its flat now it will be flat later.

Where flat spots are at bottom you can see that from side it needed to be fuller cause its not rounded off at all. But let's see if it drops and fluff out. They told me to contact them back at 3 to 4 months after it settles . A lil sad cause ijust wish it was rounded off right of the table from having surgery. But I hope that the fix it for a lil to nothing . He does good work and did my family members and a friend. But I know he will fix it they seem really cool and nice .

The staff was very friendly, they answered all my questions. I was nervous at first but Kim made me feel so comfortable and reassured me along the way. Dr. Ramirez was very polite and listened to all my concerns and wants. He gave me exactly what I asked for. The booking process was easy and Kim stayed in constant communication with me not only before but after surgery as well including when I came home. The recovery house I used was Mel Spa Recovery house. She was the BEST! She did a phenomenal job with my after care and my massages. I don't know what I would have done without her. I had a wonderful experience except for the pain and discomfort of course. But I have no regrets because I absolutely LOVE my body!!

The doctors at Venus Cosmetic are amazing. They take the time to explain everything in details. The staff was very patient and understanding with my concerns. I would recommend Dr. Ramirez and his staff.

Thank you to Dr.ramirez and team (kimberly,Naivi,lucy)I feel confident again and just loving the results i have at the moment i can't wait to see what ima look like when completely healed!They made me feel so comfortable since the first time i spoke with them months ago . Kimberly was my coordinator and she was AWSOME answered any questions i had and i always got a super fast response. Once i was finally in office they greeted me in such a friendly manner that made me feel at ease (cause i was 100% nervous at the time lol) , I am so happy i went with PPS for my BBL and i will be back in a year for my breast augmentation ! Thank you all you guys are the best !!!!

I had a Tt on 4/12 and Dr.Ramirez and staff was very friendly and straight forward with me. Navi and Susie is the best. Anesthesiologist is super cool. I'm still swollen but my results so far is great. I would recommend this place.
