Fantastic. Dr. Garcia did a great job. I got my front upper and lower front teeth done. They are perfect. No problems whatsoever. It cost a quarter of what it would cost in the US at my regular dentist’s office.
A fixed bridge isn't the best option considering that we have to remove the broken tooth first, wait until the gum heals (in approx. 2 months), and in order to do the fixed bridge we have to grind down the 2 adyacent teeth. If you are a candidate (which can be determined with a 3D X-Ray), the best option is to do an immediate load implant. Remove the tooth, put some bone graft and immediately place the dental implant so we can use the same socket. In that way we can save time and in less interventions, as well as keeping the same gum contouring. Remember that the result depends on each patient and we have to evaluate first if you're a candidate for this treatment, in some cases we can only do the extraction and wait a few months to proceed with the implant, but definitely the best course of action is to place an implant in contrast to a bridge, where it involves not only the affected tooth, but two of your healthy teeth also have to be treated.
