I previously used Dr Glancey to removed some sun damaged areas to my face and was very impressed with her business. I then used her to remove the many moles on my back that were very irritating and unsightly so having treatment to get rid of them was fantastic and at an affordable price.

I never felt pressured into deciding to go ahead with the treatment and all my questions were answered in a clear, direct way. On the day of the treatment Dr Glancey and her all-female team were extremely welcoming and professional at the clinic in East Bergholt . The procedure itself was pain-free and I sensed the team were working hard to get the best result for me. The after-care and support was excellent and I got fast helpful responses to the few questions I had. The post-operative process was clearly described (dealing with swelling, shampooing) and worked well. The worst part was waiting for the shaved donor site at the back of my head to grow back. Having been very nervous at the prospect of something going wrong, I couldn't be happier with the results which exceeded expectations. My hair feels thicker now than it has ever been. A total success.

I needed labiaplasty as i was in pain and really struggled with wearing tight clothing. It was also causing low self esteem. Dr. Glancey performed a deep plane facelift, upper eyelid surgery and a chin implant and it has changed my life. I used to be so depressed whenever I caught sight of myself in a mirror. Sagging eyelids, sagging jaw line (I didn't have much of a jawline to begin with really).
I don't remember pain but I do remember discomfort. The tightness I felt was unbelievable. It was four days before I could open my mouth wide enough to get a toothbrush in. However, the worst is over within a week and it is so absolutely worth it. I think the photos speak for themselves. I went back to work after two weeks. We were still in masks back then so much of the bruising/scarring was hidden but my eyes did look a bit weird. I think it took longer for them to heal than usual because of the amount of surgery I had done. Dr. Glancey and her team were excellent throughout and they are all so kind. I am very grateful and would highly recommend.

I’ve tried other local practices for Botox but have not got the results Lucy gave me, she knows exactly how to bring out the best in you, without looking under or over done. I’ve natural facial movement but without the horrible wrinkles and frown lines.

Such amazing results from liposuction with Dr.Glancey. I had 2 areas done - for submental fat under the chin and excess fat around my armpits. I am naturally quite slim but these were two areas I held weight that I had always been self conscious about.
I did the liposuctions with local anesthesia and not general which I felt more comfortable with. The recovery was extremely smooth and easy.
My chin was still holding a small stubborn pocket of fat after my first liposuction and Dr.Glancey managed to remove this fat pocket in a 2nd treatment with a cannula in the clinic. I am just so thrilled with the results and feel so much more confident.

I was recommended facial fat transfer by Dr Glancy as I had found other treatments to be less suitable for me.

The procedure and expected results were explained to me in full detail and I decided to go ahead.

From the start I was extremely happy with the professionalism and dedication of Dr Glancy and her team and was reassured and informed throughout.

An appointment was made and when I arrived I was made welcome and immediately felt comfortable. Best of all, after discussing my issue, Lucy managed to find time to deal with my issue there and then. I have had a very enlarged labia minora my whole life and lately I felt it was protruding a lot more than when I was younger. I researched online and I saw that Dr Glancey offered the treatment.

I had a consultation with her about the treatment and after decided to go ahead with it. The operation itself didn't hurt at all. When the local anaesthetic wore off it hurt and the paracetamols I took didn't help with the pain. I couldn't take any stronger painkillers because of a stomach condition. That night there was a lot of bleeding and pain but the days that followed it got better bit by bit. It's been nearly 6 weeks since the operation and its not painful, just a little bit sore if I sit in a very awkward position. If I sit normally I can't feel any soreness at all.

Dr Glancey and her clinic were so friendly and helpful with everything I needed. I've seen a few surgeons in the past and never met someone as nice and professional as Dr Glancey. Her whole team were amazing and I wish I had done this sooner. thank you Dr Glancey
