I have been going to see Dr. Luciano for the past two years. I found out about him from a friend who knows all of the good doctors in Costa Rica, she lives there and is Costa Rican herself. She is fluent in English and so is Dr. Luciano. He is a Doctor of Aesthetics which they don't even have in the States. This means he is able to work with blood products, unlike an aesthetician. He was trained in Brazil. I have received plasma treatments for my face, hands and neck as well as a little filler and some botox. I am 64 years old and my hands look about 10 years younger because of this. Plasma treatments utilize your own blood which he centrifuges and only uses the best parts to inject. Plasma has a regenerative effect in your body so the results are seen gradually over a period of four to six months, and are long lasting. It is best to have a series of three treatments. Three of his treatments cost less than one treatment in the States, if you can find anyone who does it like he does. He explains everything he thinks would benefit you meticulously so that you completely understand what he is doing. He shows you every product he uses if he is using botox or fillers. I went to see him on my friend's recommendation after I had a facelift in Costa Rica. I have gone to Costa Rica two times since then and had his Plasma treatment. He is a wonderful, caring and extremely knowledgeable doctor with a real aesthetic gift.
