First of all i’m sorry for my english, it’s not my native language.
Decided to do this review because there are not many of breast implants done in subglandular plane. Here’s my story :)
I wanted a boob job since i was 17, because my tatas never grew, and have a mild tuberous form. I finally get the money and the work that permitted me to do so.
I first get a consult with a surgeon, then I decided to go for a second opinion and go with the second surgeon, that was super kind and he really listened to me.
I wanted the implants over the muscle, because of my very active life (i’m a physiotherapist, and most of my free time i do sports, mostly crossfit, bodybuilding-like workout, and swim). I wanted my pecs remaining untouched, for not lose performance. Dr Ballestra listened to me and we went for 425cc subglandular (he choose the dimension in the surgery room from a range that he told me before).
I am a muscular 5’8” (174cm), 154 lb, so the 425cc are not huge on me. Indeed, they look good.
All the Surgery was ok. Pain manageble. A bit of nausea all day long but nothing severe.
Updated on 27 Feb 2022:
I’m definitely good!! No major pain since surgery, it was soooo smooth. Today i finish my antibiotics, and i do not take other meds / pain killers since day 4 post op. Inflammation has decreased and breasts start to become soft (the right one is a little harder than the left, and is a little higher, but they told me that’s normal, one breast may have different healing stage than the other). I’m so happy.
I was really REALLY bloated/costipated until day 4 (thank you anesthesya + antibiotics), but then it goes good by its own. No more problems now.
I have different sensations in my breasts, on the right it’s a bit firmer, on the left it seems that there are air bubble (or don’t know what) in there.
Day after tomorrow I come back to work, I was worried because I have a very physical work (i’m a physio for children and people with major paralysis), but today I feel great, I think I can do it without problems.
Additional info: my surgeon used microtextured Motiva Ergonomix implants.
