Hi yall! I'm 31 years old, a momma to 3 kids. I had been wanting to get my boobs done ever since my early 20's. But I waited until I was done having babies. I got my boobs done 3 months ago, and I am obsessed with them! Best decision I've ever made! I absolutely love my PS and the whole office staff at Beverly Hills Physicians! I was a tiny deflated 32a/b before surgery, and now I'm measuring at a 32DDD. I got 650cc natrelle inspira srx (extra full) under the muscle, incisions through the armpit! So no scars on the boobies! Each day that goes by they just keep getting better and better! :) Updated on 11 Jul 2021: Heres my Before picture that I forgot to post. Tiny and Deflated from breastfeeding 3 babies. Was pretty much flat chested. I felt like a boy. Getting my boobs done was hands down the best decision I've ever made! Updated on 14 Jul 2021: Anyone who is on the fence about getting them done, don't hesitate and just do it! I feel amazing! And it is so much fun dressing up! I have done so much shopping in the last 3 months of having the new girls and I love it!
Dr Mandris performed liposuction to my abdomen and back then transferred the fat into my butt . My results are truly amazing. I now have a small waist and a nice round butt. Dr. Mandris has the skill to reshape a women’s body with liposuction. I have had other Liposuction in the past and none compares to his work . He also is exceptional in transforming the butt . I would highly recommend him. His staff is also very professional and very helpful .
Hello everyone, I'm new to this community, I decided to join to share my journey and see your journey as well. My stats: 5'11, 152lbs (lost 30lbs in the last 11 months) and I wear 34A. My surgery date was February 3rd 2017 600cc extra high profile under the muscle with transaxillary incision This is my very first surgery, I felt equally nervous and anxious at the same time. My surgery went well, took approx. 45min. I didn't feel much pain except when I have to get up to go to the bathroom, otherwise I feel good. Updated on 6 Feb 2017: Post-Op Day 3 - I am no longer taking pain killers, however I feel like my breast are so hard, kind of engorged (during pregnancy). I have been wearing the band and the post op bra my surgeon gave me. I have also been doing my exercises daily. Updated on 7 Feb 2017: Updated on 8 Feb 2017: My breasts still feel hard as a coconut. Can't wait for them to drop and fluff. I am moving around a bit easier, I have no more pain, just lots of discomfort and soreness under the boobs, under my armpits where the incisions were and on the side of my boobs. Updated on 9 Feb 2017: Not much change from day 3, 4 and 5. My breast are still tight and very sore. I used to workout a lot, at 3 or 4 days a week, and not being able to workout is killing me right now, I can see the abs that I worked so hard for just leaving my body ????. But it's all for a good cause, I've wanted bigger boobs for ever, so I just have to focus on my recovery. Here are some daily pictures I've been taking to track my progress. Updated on 10 Feb 2017: Updated on 16 Feb 2017: Days 10, 12 and 13. They are definitely dropping and starting to fluff a bit. My PS took me off my surgical bra on day 8, and told me to get an underwire bra. Before surgery I was a 34A, and now a 34D. Very happy to see my new girls blooming ???? Updated on 16 Feb 2017: Updated on 24 Feb 2017: 2 week post op - February 17th Updated on 24 Feb 2017: Updated on 24 Feb 2017: Post Op Day 15 Updated on 24 Feb 2017: Updated on 24 Feb 2017: Updated on 24 Feb 2017:
Well, I've always wanted a breast augmentation, however; I didn't feel I needed it until after I had kids. I was a full C before having my kids and after I deflated to a B cup. Besides of one day having BA, I dealt with an extra skin above my c-section scar. I worked out as much and diet, but it never went away. Updated on 16 Dec 2014: Left side perfectly positioned and right still needs to drop. PS recommend wear a wire bra on the left and remove on the right. Also to wear the bando under left and across the right at night. I've stopped doing chest exercises because I've hear this could be a reason why the right side hasn't dropped due to muscles too tight. Trying to feel hopefully since it's been 3 mos post ops. But the uneven Assymetry makes me unhappy. I know each breast aren't identical, but it would sure be nice to finish this process. I've posted in questions to other PS. Would love hear others experience s as well. Thanks in Advance!
I had my breast done in 2011, by Dr. Mandris at Beverly Hills Physicians, in Rancho Cucamonga. He was very helpful and friendly. Dr. Mandris covered any questions or concerns I might of had and didn't try to over sales me, I actually wanted to get silicone and he told me to get saline it was cheaper and if I wanted to redo them in the feature would be easier to replace and with my body type it would be perfect. I got 505cc and I'm more then happy with my results. He was always there to answer questions before and after my surgery. He also does my Botox and will be doing my nose soon as well. I highly recommend Dr. Mandris. He has actually since done 3 of my girlfriends and they are all extremely happy as well. If your looking for a great plastic surgeon I can promise you wont be disappointed if you choose him. Everyone at Beverly Hills Physicians is really friendly and always there for you.

Although I had to take a few days off work, but it was well worth the efforts. I got a saline implant and the incision in hidden under my armpit.
Dr. Mandris was funny and nice. He told me there would be a possibility that I would end up with a double bubble and I did. After care and recovery was scary but okay. I got pain meds and was givin his cellphone so I could reach him. He's hardcore when pushing the implants down but overall I was told by other doctors I required a lift and didn't do it so they came out fine double bubble and all. The armpitt scares one is great the other looks awfull .
I place both silicone and saline implants through the trans-axillary sub-muscular approach. I can honestly say that I can not tell any difference in the results. A natural feeling result is entirely dependent on how the patient heals (and all heal differently). I believe post-operative massage also is important. When the two implants are compared in the office, the silicone implant feels much more natural, but this does not translate to how they feel under the muscle. Some of my most natural results have been with saline implants. I think your choice depends on your long term goals. If you were young and planning to have children in the future, I would definitely go with Saline as these are easier to remove and revise in the future when you are done child-bearing. The average life of a saline implant is under 13 years so silicone may be a better choice if you are looking for a more long term result. At 68 years old, saline will probably get you well into your 80's.
At 5'11' and 145 pounds I doubt that you have that much fat! A photo would be helpful. With liposuction you can remove all the excess fat (except a thin cushion of fat under your skin to keep the result smooth). You cannot remove muscle or fascia (which in the thighs is often what accounts for its girth). So how many inches you can lose depends entirely on how many inches of extra fat you have. Inch reduction should not be your goal however. Shaping the buttocks and flanks requires leaving some fat in certain areas. Liposuction of the thighs must be done sparingly, as dents and loose skin are common if over suctioned. If you look at some of my before and afters in the liposuction folder you will see what I mean. Good luck.
I routinely augment breasts like yours through the trans-axillary approach with no scars on the chest. It does depend on how "tight" your infra-mammary fold is, as lowering the fold will give you a very nice result. If the fold is too tight and produces a pronounced "double bubble" and you cannot lower the fold, you will still get improvement without a lift by replacing lost volume with an implant. In this case, your nipples will be just a bit low for perfection. As suggested earlier you can always have a lift later, if all else fails, but I feel that the chances of me not being able to do this without a lift are around 90%. Of course an examination would be essential. Good luck.
Your left breast is perfect. It is not bottoming out. The right implant is at least a centimeter too high. You need to push constantly down above the right implant with a breast band. One half of the time you should have the band above both implants and the other half of the time above the right implant and UNDER the left implant but always under the armpits and low in the back. It is interesting that the illusion of size depends entirely on the distance from the nipple to the infra-mammary fold. The lower the implant and the more skin that you can see between the nipple and the fold, the larger the breast appears. In your case, if you are able to lower the right implant enough, they will both appear to be the same size. If you are unable to lower the right implant; a donut mastopexy will accomplish a very acceptable result, both in symmetry and size.
The breast band is very important when the implants are placed through the axilla (armpit). This method does not involve cutting of the muscle so that the muscle remains strong compared to peri-areolar or infra-mammary approaches (which require cutting of the muscle). Although the implant position is perfect at the end of the surgery, when the patient wakes up, her muscles will try to push the implants up too high on the chest. The band prevents this from happening. Post-op follow-up is critical post augmentation and I see my patients every week to manage the position of the implants with the band. On occasion, one implant will settle down before the other implant, and on these occasions I will have the band go under the low implant and above the higher implant, bandilaro style. On average my patients wear the band for at least 3 weeks and sometimes up to 8 weeks or more for stubborn implants.
