I had 2 lower abdominal coolsculpting procedures done with amazing results. Procedure itself slightly uncomfortable during but otherwise great and there was no down time. Took about 6 weeks to see results and I love it. I got awesome results with first treatment and more defined look on second. M y stomach is now flat!. Plan to do my thighs next! Definitely worth every penny!
My thighs always bothered me so I did a consult for coolsculpting with Charlene at Dr. Lori Stetler's office in Dallas. She explained it would take 2 months to see results & that I would prob need a 2nd treatment. After the 2nd treatment my results were amazing & I feel so much more confident in clothes! Now I want to do my tummy!
It’s a rewarding experience and always makes me feel good about myself.
to stay ahead of the sun damage. I have had various types of skin cancer and Dr. Stetler has done an incredible job explaining what I have and staying on top of it for me so it does not have a chance to spread. She has also done a wonder job in helping me work on correcting the sun damage i have to my face and legs and using the latest procedures already.
The Botox treatment works for me for sweat reduction.

I combine my semi-annual Botox treatment with Restylane to keep my face looking fresh & rested. The Restylane fills in those folds around my mouth and I have just a tiny bit injected around my lips to smooth out the tiny lines. Sometimes I have a little bruising but I always apply ice, (the great little round ice patch provided by the doctor's staff) starting immediately on the drive home. The technician I see works on me like an artist. She's extremely talented; takes her time and we discuss what we're trying to achieve together with me following along using a hand held mirror. You definitely want the dental block for this procedure. No need to experience the pain of all those tiny needle points. Since I've been doing this for a few years now, no one suspects a thing. Love the results!!
I regularly have Botox twice a year primarily around my eyes. It erases the fine smile lines and takes away the furrow between my eyebrows and I love the results. Gives me a nice rested look and I've never had a problem. I did have my forehead done only once which made my eyebrows stick in a Spock-like arched position for a few weeks. Not doing that again! Again, whenever I'm doing anything for cosmetic reasons, I only go to the best doctors.
I have purchased two complete rounds of laser hair removal over the past 10 years and it's expensive. I had facial hair removed and also armpits, bikini area, and legs. None of these areas, even after dozens of sessions are hair free or even close to it. There's less hair there to be sure but I still have to shave it all every day. Pretty expensive for so-so results.
There is no problem injecting Botox in patients with these allergies. Thankfully allergic reactions to Botox are rare. The product does contain albumin which some patients may be allergic to. These patients should discuss this with their physician prior to treatment.
The corrugator muscles which are responsible for frown lines are located just above and between the eyebrows. If you watch yourself frown in the mirror, you can see the muscles pushing in from above the brow toward the middle creating a furrow(s). The Botox or Dysport is injected into the muscle where contraction occurs causing relaxation resulting in improvement or disappearance of frown lines.
Any procedure that produces inflammation and peeling on the face, especially around the mouth, may trigger an outbreak of fever blisters. This happens more often in patients with a previous history of fever blisters/cold sores. It can occur with chemical peels and any of the Fraxel laser procedures. Outbreaks can easily be prevented by taking an antiviral agent such as acyclovir or valacyclovir a few days ahead and continuing a few days after the procedure until the skin is completely healed.
As with many procedures, the treated area often looks worse before it looks better. The treated area is often red and swollen. Brown sun freckles in the treated ares may look darker, before they flake off. The texture of the skin may feel like sandpaper for several 7-10 days. Not to worry, after a treatment series patients are generally pleased with the improvement of the texture, color and overall appearance of the treated area(s). Dr. Lori Stetler
Redness or erythema is very common after laser resurfacing and fades slowly over time. Depending on the depth of the procedure, redness duration will vary. The deeper the procedure, the longer the redness takes to resolve, but generally the more dramatic the result. Tincture of time is the best way to resolve the issue. Aggressive sun protection during this time is crucial to optimize healing. If the redness persists past several months, IPL or intensed pulse light treatments may be an option to discuss with your dermatologist. Dr. Lori Stetler
