Hi Nicky1290, to answer your questions most simply, patients of mine who come in for a longer more oval (as opposed to round or square face appearance) are most happy with jawline using Botox or Dysport and filler in the chin. Botox or Dysport injected into the Masseter muscle slims the jaw and gives a softer appearance. Filler injected into the chin lengthens the face and gives a oval shape. It's also a good idea to get Botox or Dysport injected into the chin to reduce dimpling and shifting of the filler. Hope this helps!
