I did research for two months to find the right surgeon, and I am so pleased with the decision of choosing Dr. Gayle. He is very detailed with explaining the procedures and honest about outcomes, risk and future work if needed. My tummy tuck looks so amazing, I can't believe it's my body! I will be having one more procedure done and I feel totally comfortable knowing Dr. Gayle will be doing it. I will say it's important to be completely honest with your doctors regarding your health, it will ensure a better outcome for you. Dr. Gayle's staff is also incredible, they provide you with so much knowledge and resources to help promote a successful result.
I have to say my overall experience with Dr. Gayle was exceptional. As a nurse myself, I pay close to attention to bedside manner, professionalism, staff accessibility and office condition. I was blown away by the attention I received, the warmth from Dr. Gayle and each staff member and the office was beautiful and comfortable. I also was very happy with the results of my surgery and the follow up care that was given the entire year after. I now know who to turn to with any plastics needs in my future!
Dr. Gayle is absolutely wonderful! He makes you feel so comfortable from the moment you walk in. The front desk staff are very welcoming. Pam is a joy to speak with. Dr. Gayle goes above & beyond for you. His priority is to make sure you are happy from beginning to end. Couldn’t have made this experience any better!
Dr Gayle has been my doctor for 28 years. i am a breast cancer survivor and fortunate to have him as my doctor. He is key in my survival. His expertise, kindness and patience has helped me get through many years. The team that surrounds him are caring, kind and always helpful, especially Pam Messina who has been on this journey with me the entire time. Thank you
I have had 2 procedures done by Dr. Gayle and have nothing but great things to say about him and his staff. They have gone above and beyond my expectations, especially with the post operational care. The consistent follow ups, check ins and availability for questions is extraordinary. Everything has been first class and I highly recommend them.
Dr Gayle is a wonderful doctor in every possible way. Not only is he a highly competent surgeon, he is a great communicator, a caring doctor and a fantastic human being. I can't recommend him enough.
I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Gayle for not only his skill but his compassion throughout this incredibly difficult journey. Having lost my own mother to this disease when I was only seventeen years old, I lived in anticipation of and debilitating fear of this very diagnosis. To say that being diagnosed shook my world would be an understatement, but from the moment I met Dr. Gayle a sense of calmness took over. His patience and willingness to discuss, explain, and answer questions with any and all family members gave me a sense of peace and clarity. His compassion and determination to treat me as a whole person with real fears and emotions rather than just another cancer case made me feel like I was being taken care of as if I was a member of his own family and enabled me to remain strong for my family. Dr. Gayle and his staff (especially Pam!) make an incredible difference in the lives of his patients and their families. His kindness, sincere caring, and concern make everything easier and are a great comfort and source of encouragement!
How do you even thank someone who gave you your life back? I had 3 surgeries with Dr. Gayle for breast reconstruction. He is an amazing medical professional, an amazing human being and is a master of this craft. Highly recommended. Office staff is also top notch, warm and professional.

Have thought for 2 yrs I would get implants. I was always a 34d my entire life, then after breast feeding 2 babies, was more like an A cup, and super saggy. Decided at my 1-week pre-op appt to just do a lift, no implants. Today is the end of day 4 . I switched from percoset to Tylenol today. Pain is manageable. Very sore when getting out of bed or seated position, twisting my arms across my body if I reach for something, etc. the nurse told my hubs and me separately after surgery that I am "very small!" - somewhere between an A and a B cup. Hey, I know most ppl don't go through all this pain to end up an A/B cup, but I'm hoping it's enough for me. I've never had perky breasts, so even that will be a revelation! The anesthesiologist, as she was walking me in to the OR, told me she had a lift by my surgeon, and at 57, she can go bra less. Quite an endorsement! So we'll see how it goes. Dr says he could easily go in and add implants in 3-6 mos if I want (actually less chance of complication that way), but I'm really hoping I'm happy without them. 3 surgeries in 2014 (had my daughter via c-section in March, tt in sept, now lift in feb) is too much! Time to heal and build my strength back in 2015!!!!
