Had an amazing experience with Dr Pennington and her staff. Answered all my questions and made me feel confident, comfortable and happy throughout my entire experience. Would recommend her 100 percent to ANYONE who is considering going through any procedure.
I love both Dr Pennington and Dr Sewell! I have seen both of them for different reasons. They are both very knowledgeable and I trust them to suggest the best treatment plans for me. The staff is very friendly and always helpful! I’ve been doing the morphius 8. I love the results that I have seen and I’m so glad I opted to do it. I have fine lines, large pores, and some acne scaring. I don’t see that when I look at my face now. Taylor was the esthetician that does my treatment. She is very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I just love her! I’ve been to other offices but this office is spectacular! I always leave happier than when I walked in.
Dr. Pennington has been nothing short of amazing throughout my entire experience with my rhinoplasty. She is very personable, friendly, and professional. She was able to perform a closed rhinoplasty, fix what I want fixed, and make me look like a “better” version of myself, which is exactly what I wanted. I’m so thankful to have found a doctor who cares and who does a remarkable job all in one. She also has an amazing staff, who make you feel so welcome! I am so thankful for her and her team!
I always counsel my patients to expect 2-week recovery period. The first week is when the post-operative cast or splint will be in place. It’s during this period that patients should be resting at home with light activity. The second week all cast/splints will be removed and patients with “desk” jobs may return to work. Anyone with a more labor-intensive job such as a waitress which requires a lot of walking and carrying heavy trays should wait an additional week before returning to work. Patients can resume light activity and cardio after 2 weeks and back to weight lifting and heavy activity at 4 weeks. The majority of swelling is down at 1 month but can take upwards of 6 months to a year before its entirely gone.
