I was 38 years old when I finally decided to have a Breast Reduction. I was a 36DD for mostly all of my twenties but when I had my son my Breast went up one whole cup size. I am fairly a petite woman and the heavy breast was weighing me down. I researched and found Dr Lewis Friedlander and it was the best decision that I could have made. I am not all the way sure what size my are now but they are much smaller and perkier. Amy was his receptionist was amazing and everyone was very supportive. I also still have the sensation in my nipple which was one of my concerns and recovery I know is different for every one but for me it wasn't difficult at all.

I've had saggy thin breast since 2009, and I was tired of looking at them hang the way they did, so I chose 365cc saline, over the muscle. The dr was amazing, very passionate and comforting. I went in a B and came out a small D cup. The day leading to surgery, I was very nervous, but when I went in, every staff member comforted me in some way, whether it was hold my hand, or just talk with me. I am very happy with my results and would definitely go back!

My nose couldn't look any better ! I am so happy I chose dr friedlander . I didn't see very many reviews on him but after my consultation I felt like he would do a great job . My nose is completely perfect ! I couldn't be happier with how much smaller and cute it is. It looks completely natural not over done . My bone was shaved down and my tip shaved some but not obvious like a lot of rhinoplasties I see. I really cannot believe he is so good at rhinoplasty but I couldn't find very many reviews . My price was very cheap compared to a lot I see on here . I feel so much more confident . Other women I see in his office really love their results but they are always getting body work done . Not sure what else to say but taking a lot of vitamins eating fruit and veggies seems to make my healing process a lot faster .

Dr. Friedlander did my breast augmentation on March 15th. My research did me well, because 4 weeks later I'm still very happy that I chose him. He has been professional and attentive to my needs from pre op to now in post op. The nurses have been exceptional too. I would highly recommend anyone to go see him...you won't be disappointed.

My experience was amazing ! The Dr is very informative and always available himself to answer questions. The staff is friendly and my procedure which was lipo of the abdomen and flanks transferred to buttocks was a smooth process in my 2nd week of recovery and pain has been easily relieved with prescription ibuprofen. I can't wait to see my final results I can already see a change in the shape of my body very happy !

He did a amazing job don't have you in there waiting very long time and also met other patient of his and we all kept in touch and at the end results loved his work. He is very passionate of his work, and very straight foward and his team is very down to earth. I recommend him to anyone and very reasonable price I would definitely go back for any of my cosmetic surgeries.
