I had all my consultations via WhatsApp while I was in the US. Once I arrived in Mexico and visited the office, I was impressed by the friendly and bilingual staff and doctor. I underwent a procedure to have my chin and neck liposuction done along with Dorian radio frequency and buccal fat removal. The procedure took place in the office, and it was incredibly comfortable and relaxing. I didn't experience any discomfort during the procedure since I was awake. Currently, I have only minor swelling and no bruising.

I had my surgery a month ago and I am not happy with the results. I had a hump removed and the tip fixed which I see the difference but from the front, it doesn’t look as slim as I would like to and I feel it just looks bad! Like a smaller version of my old nose? It also looks so asymmetrical. But the part that bothers me the most is the dorsum! I told my surgeon and he just said to keep taping for three months. I feel like he left me high and dry, I had my rhinoplasty in Mexico while visiting my family there I live in The United States. Updated on 16 Jan 2024: Unfortunately I don’t see any improvement. It kind of looks the same :( it still feels tender, specially around the tip. My surgeon just said to keep taping for three months, but I dread every time I uncover my nose to change the tape, it just breaks me. Updated on 30 Mar 2024: 4 months after the procedure. It is not looking better Updated on 6 Jun 2024: Not improving, I absolutely hate my new nose. This is 6 months and two weeks after my surgery, my nose gets so clogged now. I should have saved my money. Updated on 9 Jun 2024: HE RUINED MY NOSE!! 47500 mxn pesos plus 30000 mxn pesos for the facility. He does a drawing during consultations, DO NOT BE SO NAIVEE, a drawing? Now I know that is ridiculous, he left me with a nasal valve collapse, uneven nostrils, pollybeak deformity, I don’t breathe as well and now I have to pay 5x the amount of my primary surgery.
