Not Worth It30 days Post-Op

Left me with nasal valve collapse, uneven nostrils & pollybeak deformity

I had my surgery a month ago and I am not happy with the results. I had a hump removed and the tip fixed which I see the difference but from the front, it doesn’t look as slim as I would like to and I feel it just looks bad! Like a smaller version of my old nose? It also looks so asymmetrical. But the part that bothers me the most is the dorsum! I told my surgeon and he just said to keep taping for three months. I feel like he left me high and dry, I had my rhinoplasty in Mexico
